Great overview for the engine! Also very interesting to see the different merits of the engines. Depending on the format it might actually change which Chimera version is the most viable one. This one definitely looks like fun to play, so I'll try it out!
I think melodious chimera is still better at the moment... If you open up orstinado it eats up a lot of hand traps and if you don't get hand trapped the board is unbreakable it only loses hard to droll and shifter but I'm guessing the other variants lose to shifter as well... I've tried the branded variant a while ago and wasn't too impressed maybe the yubel stuff will be okay until the fiend Smith engine is out
Melodioous was the first version I tried in LEDE. It felt really good.... If you drew Ostinato. Refrain might combo, too, but it's far from optimal and makes you more vulnerable to Handtraps. It also takes up the most space in Main and Extra deck. Don't get me wrong, it's a valid version to play, but I wanted something more well rounded that plays to the strengths of Chimera

A simple yubel engine can be dropped into most decks it just has additional synergy with chimera OCG has been running yubels as an engine for an easy monster effect substitution for months.

Melodious powerful but when i tested it there where some crazy bricky Hands and it Takes a Lot of non engine space

I'd recommend taking Dinh Kha Buis list from german nationals and swapping the Branded stuff out for the yubel engine :)
