Tried this with the same product on my Honda civic hybrid 2008. Zero effect and the lenses are only partly cloudy. In the video it looks so easy.

Good job! Tried your procedure this morning on my custom 1996 mustang GT with clear head light kit.I was expecting a lot more effort but no so worked very well. Now I will treat the head lights with ceramic coating!

first of all , clean headlights , thats a no brainer. i used mothers i had for over 20+ yrs, and bounty paper towel , small circular strokes and yes elbow grease, flip the towel to dryer spot, and keep rubbing , used NO buffer , elec, or anything and came out totally awsum. Bounty paper towel has just lil pockets , and with small circular strokes , i was amazed, it does work and i own just for the sake of yrs old worn out lights , 2004 honda civic . The end

I used Mother's on my daughters 2012 Honda Civic head lamps. Works Great. It was like night and day. The only problem it only lasted 3 or 4 days and they were cloudy again.

Here is how I do it. Wash headlight. Apply and work the Mother's magic. Wipe off residue. Wash and dry headlight again. Apply carnauba car wax. Buff. Every 3 months wash headlight and apply fresh coat of wax.

Meaujres sells a UV spray for headlight plastic
    Everybody says oxidation,
The surface yellowing is caused UV radiation, breaking down the plastic, ever notice how the yellow degradation occurs faster in the summer

This is the correct and effective process:
1-Wash headlights with dish soap and water. Dry them.
2-Spray headlights abundantly with bug repellent (Off, orange can), one at a time, don’t let it dry and wipe it of with rag
3-Wet sand it with 2000-2500 grid paper. Use soapy water. Dry it.
4-uv protect and ceramic coat them
    You’re welcome

forgot 1 step brotha... you gotta de-grease the headlights from bugs and road grime..
Ordinary Dawn dish soap and water will take care of that...

This is an easy way to make a noticeable but not great improvement. They look good from 10 feet away but saying they look like new is just false. Check out Paint Society’s video on restoring headlights. That’s the only way to make them look like new.

I have watched a few of these videos and you all make the same error! You FAIL to completely explain the products you use. Your hand covered the bottle of the final spray coating, you failed to list it in your comments and completely confused anyone watching.
