From my short experience I can tell, to prevent the saw tooths on the screen, it's also a good idea to expose the screen a bit longer to harden the emulsion better. Works often for me. Then if you find more difficult to wash the stencil out, soak it in water for a while (any container).
Thanks for sharing! Yes, a correct and proper exposure will make things much easier but be careful soaking the screen prior to washout. If the emulsion soaks up too much water, it will become delicate. Thanks for watching! Screen Printing Equipment & Supplies - CatspitScreenPrintSupply.com/

You must have a spy cam in our print shop, you always put the handiest vids up just at the right time, had this problem for the first time ever last week! It also poses another question.....on halftones would you recommend a round dot or a square dot for print quality and minimise dots bridging mesh falling off during washout? thanks for another informative video :)
LOL ;) You're welcome, glad I can help out. I always use a round dot. That's just me. Either way it's really the dot size that will be an issue with bridging. Usually with halftones the best way to minimize problems is to use a high enough mesh count for the LPI. Thanks for watching! Screen Printing Equipment & Supplies - CatspitScreenPrintSupply.com/
I suppose in a way yes. But for computers that is a very low resolution monitor that will do that I think. Thanks for watching! Screen Printing Equipment & Supplies - CatspitScreenPrintSupply.com/
