Great idea about having an adult sign for it. I ship tons of stuff and didn't know this was an option. You taught me something that will be extremely useful
Nice. I need one for sure. You would think there would be something that could be made to help guide the blade or stop it from stabbing your hand. I do love it
They sold out pretty much everywhere within a few hours of the release but Cranes Cutlery still had a few in stock as of a week or two ago when I ordered mine
First and foremost the fake knife AkA the trainer will get more hand time, let that sink in. If I would have tried this knife out before buying it, I wouldn’t have bought one. Niche & innovative definitely, practical & utilitarian nope. My biggest con that no one mentioned is that, it puts a lot of uncomfortable pressure on the finger (the one put in the ring) when trying to unlock. IMHO this is not a self defense weapon, keep in mind that majority of the bad guys carry guns, also there’s too many variables to consider and adding complexity while opening it, make this a NoGo in my book. I would never hand over the real blade one to anyone to check out, it is a very dangerous knife to fidget with. I can only imagine how many people seriously injured themselves while playing with it. Keeping it = yes, pocketing it = I don’t think so, High Shelving it (on display but hard to get) = definitely.
It’s purely a fidget toy. That’s why it’s aluminum & low end steel as opposed to higher end steel. I just wish they’d have cut the holes in the actual blade.
In the description from retailers, it says the button and the clip ARE reversible. If you want to be 110% sure, I’d call or email a (good) retailer, but it looks to be reversible (which makes sense).
Karambits are supposed to resemble a bird’s talon, it’s a ripping tool. The guy above me is absolutely right, there’s no reason to have a dual side bladed karambit.

If they wouldn't be $300 and sold out for the first 6 months to a year. Idk how many kids can get there hands on $300

We don’t want every moron on the street capable of working knives such as these… learn or stick to your old timer
Lifting gloves
where do you buy the trainer. very cool.
Trainer comes with purchase of the blade.
How where take my money
Is there an estimated release date for this knife? I love it and want one.
They’re out now.

How did you get a purple one? I got black, but only saw tan and black.
This one is a prototype.

I decided not to stock this knife due to the potential draw backs and liability.
Maybe collecting and showing it off is all this knife is good for.

Hi, I was wondering when you are going to restock these on your website?
They have not been released to dealer yet, hoping for May.
Hey mate, was just wondering is the button reversable by any chance? Being a lefty I'm looking to get one and was curious when I saw your vid

Not at this time according to test pieces.

From other videos I have watched the button and clip are reversible
Honestly I just got mine and it feels exceptionally good in my left hand plus the clip is styled to be in the left pocket
Will you be able to buy only the trainer?
Probably not.
Trying to complicate what is already simple. By the time you finish flipping this knife opened he'll already be on you.
It takes no time to flip it open. I personally have one and it is barely slower than an otf. You are just an overall lame being.
Just get the CRKT Provoke and get a knife with a sensible mechanism, this is just awful in comparison.
Kind of overrated and impractical, I'd rather a sliding gravity karambit that can retract inside the handle so you can keep both sides sharp.
No reason for both sides of a karambit to be sharpened. It's a cutter and a control weapon. Go buy a dagger if you need both sides sharp
