Looks hard but effective and clean, I've just start training my compression and I'm def gonna save this for practice and keep track of the progress. Namaste for sharing
Visualization really helps as well - to visualize and manifest in great detail (there are studies that support). Most importantly, have fun in the process!
I think my biggest issue is proportions. Long legs and arms with a shorter torso. I'm 5'8" female. It seems a have a trouble getting my hips as high as everyone else seems to get with leverage. Not sure. 😄
It's about building active compression! I have long arms in relation to the rest of my body - I have a video in the Floating playlist about compression drills!
27/2/23 tip no 3 was most helpful to me 😸🤸🏾♀️🙌🏾. I'll keep trying and I'm a 🆕 subscriber, first time practice on your channel 😄😸💃🏿💙🙏🏾😊

@@KatrinaRazonYoga yes, thank you. I have been working hard on that along with L-sitting. Hopefully it will translate to my floats soon. 🙂
I can get my hips up but I cannot slow it down. I am 4'11 and am wondering if it's bc I don't have the room to??
It takes time, practice and patience! Try to keep feet active by either pointing or flexing the foot as you slow down the descent.
Shit this looks so cool . . .
🙏
thank you!
Cool
Beautiful
👍🏻👏👏❤
👍!
Please identify where you are building comprehension. Thank you
This really a useful tips, but the last one is the harder to do for me 🥲
In time, effort and patience it will feel more natural!
