The problem is that you can't buy mask from these manufacturers directly, unless it's a huge order or with the help from government. Most people are buying these kinds of manufacturers' mask via multiple middlemen, by paying times higher price.

1. You can ask samples from your supplier, ask them to send express for you, to check if the quality is good or not.
2. If your supplier are selling products on Alibaba, you can buy your goods through Alibaba trade assurance, you can check the trade assurance limit, which means how much money can be hold by Alibaba before you receive the goods, if you think the quality is not good, you will get your refund. 3. You can send 30% deposit to your supplier firstly, and then find a third party quality inspection company. It costs about $200-$300 to hire a person to inspect goods in that kind of company.
4. But if the quantity of your goods is large, it may cost like $600 or $900 for hiring two or three persons for some days to inspect the goods, in this case, you can let us help you, it may cost less. And when inspection process is finished, you can pay the rest of money.
What took so long for you to make this video? I had researched youtube and the internet to find info about importing masks last month, and nobody was saying this. Not even you. Now I sent over $1400 to suppliers in China for different masks and mask filters. I got my filters last week, but the masks still have not arrived. Hi, Riko. Very sorry to hear your bad experience. It takes me a while to collect information, record video, and also edit the video. For most of case, suppliers from Alibaba will not get money but never ship you products, if he has over 2 years seller membership. I guys if it’s the air shipping delay so that you didn’t receive those mask? Air shipping is not stable for the past 2 months. It’s normal to have 1-2 weeks delay recently. If your supplier can still reply you email, and let them tell you the truth. If supplier never reply you, then it’s scam. And you can ask Alibaba for help:
@@Jingsourcing well I have been getting refunds little by little from the masks. They all said they could ship to the U.S still right before I ordered. The only thing I got so far is the mask filters I ordered. I don't know.if they were air shipped but I know my filters were delivered by DHL. I got some new tracking #s that said May 6. So we will see what happens after May 6. I don't blame you for not making the video to update us about shipping during Covid19..I checked all over google and RUclips before ordering but nobody had info about purchasing products during covid19, and I didn't want to waste too much time and miss out being able to get needed products like masks and other things. So I took the chance and went with experienced sellers based on their time selling and their ratings. Again we will see what happens after March 6 Jing. Thanks for replying
Riko Raina good luck. It’s really hard to ship out any products from China by air for the past few months. Chinese government is very serious on not qualified suppliers shipping out masks, and a lot of counties are also strict on importing mask. So if you can really get masks in hand, it’s better than a lot of other people.
