Pork chops.....blah, blah, blah.......pecans......blah, blah, blah......Let's get on to the GRAVY!!!!! I do enjoy a pecan crusted pan fried trout. THAT is delicious. I'm struggling with getting a good gravy. Cream cheese, no. Xanthum gum, I can't seem to get the hang of how much to use to thicken it and end up ruining it. Almond flour, this is a first. Does the gravy have a grainy texture? I wouldn't mind it, but my husband struggles with the texture of almond flour in my keto recipes, and he will not eat it.
@@thedogsmaid I have also struggled with different types of gravy. It didn’t turn out grainy but it took a good while to thicken up. I am going to try it again after I make some bacon. It is my favorite right now.
