Smallest Primates in the World I Tarsiers

A tarsier is a small, nocturnal primate that belongs to the family Tarsiidae. They are native to the islands of Southeast Asia.
Tarsiers are known for their eyes, which are fixed in one place, unable to move independently, giving them an alien-like appearance. Probably they have helped inspire characters like Yoda from Star Wars, ET, and Gollum in the Lord of the Rings.
They are the only primates where ultrasound communication has been observed.
