Address him with due respect as Babasaheb Ambedkar and not jst only Ambedkar
Zara dekhiye-We must stop this
hate mongering my upper caste Hindus. We must bring about Ambedkar’s and Gandhiji’s
freedom struggle 2.0 with some variant of NYAY and rule of law and true constitutional
democracy. Supreme Court said demolition was illegal and wrong. I have read
1045 page ruling. However, they were afraid bloodthirsty RSS goons like Kapil
Misra and Sambit Patra would go around killing as they did in Feb in Delhi. My
Dad was a freedom fighter and a Pol Sc Professor. He passed away at age 96 in
March 2020. We lost everything in partition. My grandfather was killed. But we
were brought up secular. My parents were so proud of indep throughout their
lives. Please give 10-30 minutes of your time. Professor Shanti Swarup, 96,
teaches Secularism 101... Various good people are muddying the waters about
secularism. In my humble view, conceptually and in very simple terms,
secularism was something consciously adopted and accepted by people who were
tired of civil war and killing each other. It is why Gandhi, Nehru, Patel,
Ambedkar, Maulana Azad pursued it for India even if it was formally added into
the constitution later. It is the same with the concept of democracy, and the
concepts of liberty, fraternity, equality. The whole idea of a constitution.
Secularism was never something, anywhere in the world, that people developed or
accepted spontaneously. People accepted it because they were tired of hate and
wanted to improve their lives and live in peace. People various religions
practice their religions privately. In a new democracy, secularism is supposed
to be superimposed on various religious groups so they can live together
peacefully within one territory and pursue other objectives such as healthcare,
food, education, competing with other powers like China. Why are people in
India going down the rabid path of looking for cultural causes of the failure
of secularism--this is only going to muddy the water further so we make things
worse, not better. We have to create a common vision for India together. Yes,
reversing Shah Bano judgment was a big mistake for which we have been paying a
heavy, heavy price. But we need to move on towards a more perfect union. This
why USA, UK, Australia, etc have pursued secularism and they are also trying to
move towards a more perfect union. It is why India chose secularism and we must
continue to pursue a more perfect union. It is the crux of the point that my
father, Professor Shanti Swarup, was covering in his videos here. Please do
give a few minutes of your time to review the issue of secularism, specifically
as discussed in the videos. Thank you. Dhanyawad. Shukriya, bahut meherbani. ~

Please elaborate Ambedkar views on Islam
Rohit More because his views on Hinduism are well known to the world. Historians have strategically tried to remove the part he said about Islam from the history
anshul She would not do that as they are to scared to upset Muslims. Now see www.thereligionofpeace.com

You are critical of BJP. But what did Congress do for 60 years. Also everyone knows Nehru was much less qualified than Ambedkar & yet you guys glorify him. Ambedkar wanted to be a Finance Minister but Nehru made him Law Minister. Also Nehru ensured his defeat in the election

To distinguished scholars, when we talk about Equality....in the sense of Opportunity. What about upper caste people who just have Label of upper caste else nothing?
Don't we create inequality ahead?
Her biases are so deep and so obvious that see can't see anything but division and hate. Baba saheb would have wondered about these kind of people claiming to be champion of his ideas.
Dear Manthan, is it just ability to talk English or sounding intellectual the criteria for your platform?
stupid bastard statement idiot
you need to explain your statement, and you need to provide substantial evidence from her speech to prove that, without those your comment is the one coming from a biased, preconceived position.
