If they don’t remove the pain, they’re not narcotics is some general type almost like maybe a Tylenol or ibuprofen and those are not painkillers to a certain extent they are but not the type that you would need after surgery. I’m praying for a speedy recovery and hope you feel better soon.😢❤

Crystal when you go back to the salon you should get a stool with a back, use so you aren't standing up all day. Remember you may feel good all over but your body is still healing from surgery. Girl,...I had something similar done in May. Then had lymphatic massage. Talk about painful!! This is July and it still hurts when I get up from standing, laying down. I implore you to wear your compression stuff. I complained the whole time.
Take that OxyContin!! If you can for a few days more. Tylenol wasn’t doing anything for me. When the pain lessened, then Tylenol was ok. You need lots of rest. Recovery is just as important as the surgery. You know it!
Please take pain meds as you need. I know you are trying to avoid this, but just take as needed. Vitamin C will help you heal. So will Vitamin D. I took that when I was recovering from my hysterectomy. I wish for a full recovery and a great lessening of the pain.

You Look great so far. I’ve noticed women who do these surgeries or gastric surgeries don’t take care of their arms and that is a dead giveaway. From your shoulders to your elbow (upper arm). We call it big mama arms or saggy arms if gastric was done. Make sure to tone that area. Otherwise you look fabulous you looked fab anyway just an improvement 😊now. Enjoy your new you.
