Loving the mix between the cockpit view + audio and the hoist crewman view! It's really interesting to see the crew coordination and pilot procedures, especially for such a narrow extraction spot. Also fun to hear the low rotor RPM alarm(?) go off at the end lol. Pretty cool to see a Huey cockpit with all those digital glass panels 👍
I love the King County ASU. Really enjoyed this video a lot especially views starting in the cockpit to the actual rescue. You guys are amazing. I enjoy helping people which is why I find this channel so fascinating. The teamwork is heartwarming. Stay safe up there and may God continue to bless you like you are blessing me. ❤
'Little clearing down there'. Me > 'What clearing?! There's no roo...' KCSAS > 'Hold our beer'. 🚁 🥇 🌟 Superb work team. ❤ Flashing stobe light = genius. Take note RUclipsrs 😆😆 Be prepared.
You guys are a w e s o m e ! ...you know, I often think that the reason why we see people out in the middle of nowhere doing things they could easily do while *NOT* in the middle of nowhere, and i wonder if they have unjustified confidence in planning their excursions because they know with one phone call, guys like you will come swooping-in to rescue them. Because I'd bet if teams such as yours were not available, people would plan their events with more of a mind toward safety and not toward thrills - especially older people such as the ankle-twister rescued here. Nice job though!
The Sheriff's office is taxpayer funded. I don't think there's any cost to the patient. SAR is all volunteer (mainly volunteer/donation funded with small exceptions) in WA state. The ambulance / hospital is likely the only part the patient is charged for.
I love that you're starting to incorporate multiple POVs. I know those gopros ain't cheap.
The cost of the GoPro has to be the cheapest thing in this video
@@djchristensen1 True, but it's probably the only thing not covered by the company. I assume these are personal GoPros.

How come there hasn’t been any chases lately? Def miss those a the longer vids, but keep em coming!!!
what is the approximate cost for a relatively simple lift like this? I assume the cost - or a portion - is shared with the victim?
