You need to find schematics and connect each line from mbrt to corresponding line on the battery connector. Clock to clock, data to data, battery detect line has to be grounded
It will make battery work the way it was working before the controller went into a fail-safe mode for any reason. This device will not make worn-out old working battery new again.
