I'd say the most versatile would be server oriented motherboards, now you're not looking at memory overclocking because they have 4 memory slots so you're not hitting 4933C16 with a 5700G in 1:1, but you're often getting 2-4 NVMe slots PCIE bifurcation on most PCIe slots many SATA ports depending on if it is ATX, ITX or MATX often integrated 10G networking often integrated dual Intel 1G networking Often integrated IPMI Often MANY MANY fan ports even on ITX sized motherboards And often support for all CPUs because these often have larger BIOS chips Now this doesnt apply to all server oriented motherboards, but you often dont see all of these features in a single motherboard unless you're getting a server focused X470/X570
B450 and X470 chipsets are most versatile. They can run literally every AM4 chip. The only down side for me is lack of PCIe 4.0, so there's some trade off there.
@@Glob3Tech Shame that AMD did not gave A520 chipset PCIe 4.0. I`ve just build myself budget ITX build with Gigabyte A520I AC. Now I`m just waiting for RX 6400 to arrive, and hopefully lack of that feature won`t impact performance too drastically. Probably will pair it with my spare R5 5500 on top of it.
Just to clarify, I'm referring to ITX boards only. If anybody finds more variants, please mention them below. 🤘

True. Kinda the only reason I upgraded myself to B550 for the gen 4.0.

@@Cpt_Wolf I know, they can't make it too easy for us ...
Goos luck with your build, sounds very good 😁
Show off :D
Nici macar nu am aparut in clip 😅😉
