Day 42 - Christmas Akina Run with the Moza R9 test

Hi again everyone, sorry I haven't upload Akina practices for a while, because I was upgrading the Sim Rig and was waiting for the proper mod parts to arrive
before trying out on Akina again! There were delays due to Christmas holidays but we managed to got the parts and today we are practicing at Akina!
This is a new run, as in, I haven't been practicing at all at Akina with the Moza R9! So each corner I was trying out the different types of drifts,
so earlier on the videos are some fails but you can see I started to get comfier throughout the video!

This is the live action of Initial D, although its not 100% accurate than the anime series and shown Bunta as an abusive father instead and they tried to put the enemies together into one whole but it was a good movie for me to watch as I watched this first before watching the anime series.
The life lesson it gave me was huge as what I got from it was:
If Takumi chose to forgive Mogi = He will reject the offer from Project D team, and ends up marrying Mogi and continue a tofu shop ( or something else, giving up his dreams, and will end like Bunta, his father instead who gave up his racing career to marry the woman she loves )
Takumi rejects Mogi ( As in the anime, even though they get in good terms later and sees each other for a few months ), they eventually get seperated because they both werent selfish for each others and dont want to give up on their dreams, so Mogi left for Tokyo while Takumi joined the Project D.
It was not a bad ending, which turned me different last year as last year I was giving up my dreams or hobbies, for a girl or to try and maintain a relationship.
So now I'm focusing on my careers instead and saves my money, say no to dating for now, we are drifters! Drifters in both cars, and also in life ( don't set a destination. don't be pressured to do something. only then can you become a drifter, instead of being lost. - mr. plankton "
Thank you so much for the amount of comments and subscribes I get, to follow on my journey to learn this, one day we will try it on mount Akina for real~ I read every comments and taking all advices to thoughts and it motivates me to keep trying my best! I didnt expect I'd get this much support and subs ~

Hey everyone
in this series, I'll be driving on Mt Akina everyday until I learn to do it smoothly, and eventually drift. I'll be posting my timelaps until I improve myself, and go to the real Mt Akina and properly drift there, and become a professional racer!
Of course I'm not the real Takumi or roleplaying as him, but because I'm trying to learn the same way he did, so you can call me Takumi, for nickname!
I'm new to sim racing, as its slippery for me compared to IRL
all these videos are for my self improvement, so advices are welcomed!
hoping one day I can race fellow racers too, make friends and race on these mountain pass 🙂
Even if I don't upload everyday, I try to do a lap of Akina before I sleep!
I work double shifts on 3 -4 days so I get tired when I get home but Im dedicated to learn how to drift!

Moza R9 + Thrustmaster TH8A + Fanatec CSL LC pedals + Ebay handbrakes
