Abilene Paradox - Jerry Harvey (1981)

This comes from the only known copy of Jerry Harvey's 1981 talk to the US Army and the quality of this video is horrible (Jerry himself told us no better copy exists), but this particular video, glitches and all, is a classic among organizational psychologists. The talk itself, although fuzzy and quite long, is both brilliant and entertaining.
