I’ve always been a big Tyrod fan, I don’t feel he’s really been given a fair hand in the nfl with the universe basically realigning to make sure he loses a starting job wherever he goes. Seeing him play again definitely makes me happy, if they didn’t drop a bag on Danny Dunce I’d say they should leave Tyrod in after Jones is healed, but we all know they gotta try to justify that horrid contract somehow.
@@brendan9868It breaks my heart that the only reason we didn't see a full season of him in LA is the incompetence of the Chargers' training staff. And then his replacement was only one of the best rookies ever

2:47 Yeah I felt awful for Foster after that missed catch. The dude couldn't quite haul it in and he felt like he cost them the game. They kept panning the camera back to him at the end of the game while he was on the bench and the poor guy just looked completely defeated. To keep it short the Saints shot themselves in the foot multiple times that game, and in no way, shape, or form was that loss to be blamed on Foster. I hope he gets the help he needs to get back in the right mental headspace, through the support of his teammates, coaching staff, and fans.
That's 'cause Derek Carr has this wonderful BS ability to shift the blame onto everyone else. _Multiple times_ he threw the ball to where the receiver supposedly *should have been* as if teaching them a lesson. But when you do that instead of throwing to an open receiver, that's on him & he did this repeatedly. _That_ was more responsible for this loss than all the other problems combined. Besides how tf is this a Regular Problem this far into the season? Do _ANY_ of the coaches on this team do _anything_ with their offense? We shouldn't be seeing this play out during a game.
Ron Rivera really played himself in that Giants game. The GMen got flag for offensive holding on 3rd and goal and Rivera decided to accept the penalty instead of declining it to force a field goal. Guess what happened? Giants scored their first offensive touchdown in the first half this season. Jaguar Gator 9 featured this moment on Dumb Decisions this week.
I'd like to point something else out actually: Both Younghoe Koo AND Dustin Hopkins got to play the hero this week. They're both capable of hitting long field goals right down the middle in clutch time. All they had to do was *NOT* be a Charger anymore, and they're GREAT at their job.

As a Colts fan, I agree. We got robbed by the refs being idiotic, and at the same time the fact that Jim Irsay opened his mouth means nothing good will happen… just look at how he almost fucked us in the Jonathan Taylor situation.
The interesting thing is that the Rams are not the ones who got refballed. The Steelers are. Pickett threw enough yards on 3rd down to get the first down if you rewatch the play. Specifically, look at the sidelines where the TV broadcast yellow line is(unofficial) versus the actual sticks. They're way off by nearly a full yard. They gained enough yards on that third down for a first down. The refs actually spotted the ball poorly for the Steelers even. You can easily see this since the Steelers' player's foot was behind him and was ON the 39 and the rest of his body was far past it. The refs spotted it nearly on the 39 yard line. So what happened was the Steelers had already gained the first down on third, so when they snapped the ball on 4th down and gained no yards from the sneak, the sticks still said the got the first down because they had already gotten it on the previous down in reality.
Your commentary on The Ravens is spot on. The inconsistency drives me crazy. They should, like you say, “embrace their greatness!”. When you have powerhouses like The Steelers, The Bengals, and a formidable Browns team in you division, you need to be on you fucking A-Game with a lot of consistency or your to get leapfrogged over in the playoff picture.
Seeing the old school Kelly Green Eagles uniforms brought back so many wonderful memories back all those years ago. Brought a tear to my eye, quite honestly
The interesting thing is, everyone actually got one instance of refball wrong this week. Pickett DID get the first down. I'm surprised because I'm not even a Steelers or Rams fan, but every fan and analyst seems like they didn't bother to actually review the film but still complained about it. If you rewatch the plays, specifically the 3rd & 8, and look at the sidelines where the sticks are compared to where the unofficial yellow TV broadcast line is, you can see it's way off and that Pickett gained enough yards on 3rd down to get the first down. The TV broadcast yellow line is why so many viewers were confused. So the refs failed to call the first down on the 3rd & 8. Then what happened is the Steelers snapped the ball PAST the line to gain, gained no yards on the sneak, and got the first down. The error was actually against the Steelers and not the Rams.
17:00 *"How is AJ Dillon regress this badly?"* It's been an ongoing trend dating back to the middle of last year. Combine that with the fact our O-Line regressing heavily under Luke Butkus (yep, the son of Bears legend Dick Butkus), LaFleur refusing to use Aaron Jones because AJ didn't go to his birthday party last year. MLFs entire offense is literally RB screens 5 yards behind the LOS (with Dillon), checkdowns 3 yards behind the sticks on 3rd down, jet sweeps for a loss of 3 yards, passing plays that take longer to finish than a chapter of the Iliad, and spamming runs up the middle for either nothing or a loss of 2 yards. Funny thing is that him saying "we need to execute better / use "x" player more" in interviews has been a recurring trend dating back to his days with the Titans back in 2018 (which is why they were 27th in scoring offense back in 2018). We just can't let narratives go, can we? The Browns' defense was terrible against the Colts. I don't know how anyone can say that giving up 456 yards and 38 points to a back up quarterback is anything short of horrifyingly inept. It was Myles Garrett who was amazing. He blocked a kick, ran it back to give the Browns a field goal (Cleveland offense contributed 6 yards that scoring drive) and got a sack-fumble in the endzone for a touchdown. Without those plays Cleveland loses badly. They don't have a good defense, they have High End Talent.

Pats could make some noise now that Bill o‘Brien is actually letting Mac motion his receivers to reveal coverage. On top of that, Onwenu being at RT gave him a lot more time to go through his reads. Good performance by him.
One decent game he’s still a bust💀
This is what I feel as a Ravens fan! I didn't even feel happy with that win (plus I've been rooting for Detroit on the down low, so it didn't help to see a curb stomp). It was just, where is this offense weekly?
If you can stay healthy it's a Superbowl team.
If.
I was legit surprised in that game vs the lions, I was expecting a back and forth contest not a complete Run over squash. Either way I will gladly take a Dominate W from my Ravens 🟣⚫️
As a bills fans, yeah injuries can be a small excuse but Arnt the ravens down like alot of starters and they just wiped Detroit off the map for a week, its the coaching thats the problem
As a Titans fan, maybe I should start rooting for the Eagles. They have enough of the players I like. Maybe they can send them Henry, too. That's about all I'd need to buy new jerseys.
"I play for the Saints, man!"
"And?"
Lmaooooooo
Week 7 did not disappoint
19:07 "By the way, welcome back Mecole Hardman to the Chiefs."
Classic Chekhov's Gun moment
It ain’t a complete week till we’re calling both games
"I play for the Saints man!"
Officer: "and?"
A very fair assessment of the Ravens. Glad for the big win, but damn it we really should be undefeated rn
Buffalo losing to New England was something I didn’t see coming 💀😭
For once my Ravens did not give me a heart attack.
Off work and I'm very happy to see Sportsball has dropped 🔥🔥🔥
Please make a “Congrats Phillies” video Tree
A fresh out the oven Sportsball? Time to enjoy 🍿
I really like the uniforms Indy wore this week
Sportsball for the top teams will be tough cookies this week. The gods wanted chaos.(Congrats Diamondbacks to embracing the chaos 👏)
"I play for the Saints, man."
"And?"
Perfect encapsulation of the Saints' season.
15:09 Please continue to use Tourettes Guy sound bites in future videos, that had me rolling 😂😂

Chris Olave: "I play for the Saints, man."
Cop: "And?"
😂💀
Hey tree just wanted to say thanks for making such amazing content love watching your Sportsball content
Also how the hell did the Steelers win that game 😂
They can't keep getting away with this! I thought for sure they wouldn't have a winning season this year, but it looks like they will again pull it of their ass.
@@ultravenia no kidding it sucks because everyone and they mama knows that they are no where near a competitive team but because of these magical asspull wins they’ll keep you know who as their coordinator and basically stay stuck in Mediocrity
"I play for the Saints, man..."
"...And?"
LMFAO.
Give the man a break! He will upload. He's got a lot on his plate. NFL, NHL, NBA, and MLB. Calm down.
That officer at the end is a LEGEND. "And?"
"I play for the Saints man" "And?" 😂😂
One of the weeks of all time
Perfect video to watch right before bed.
Music during the SF and Vikings game is Vectorman 2 Stage Five Lava River
As a Phillies fan and penn state alum, it’s been a very tough sports week
I'M CALLING BOTH GAMES!!!!!!!
I look forward to this every Wednesday, even though I know you're going to talk crap about my Broncos (they deserve it)
Love you tree 👍
“I’m calling both games!” 🤣😆
A week of pure pain and upsets is in the books
As a Browns fan the Colts were robbed!
It means quite a bit to hear you acknowledge it. Helps me to redirect my anger to the refs and off the Browns lol
@@ColtsPacers1The illegal contact penalty was the correct call. The one in the back on the endzone definitely was not lmao.
@@YourOtherZOMBIE and that's fine, the illegal contact LOOKED ticky tacky, but if it's by the letter of the law then it is what it is. The DPI was BLASPHEMOUS.
15:58...I cannot believe that you used the Microsoft Sam "Soy Soy Soy" as a sound effect 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I love it 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Here we are another week of sports ball Also if your team won congrats
As a ravens fan, i just know that the Cardinals are going to give us hell for no good reason.
"The culture is actually damn good"
"Did you have fire in your gut?"
"That's not what he wanted to cook"
"Are you kidding me?!"
"I'm talking to America here"
"I’m open. I’m always fucking open"
"I'm calling both games!"
As a Steelers fan my brain goes to mush more and more every week. I swear to god they’re gonna somehow win a playoff game and Matt Canada will get extended. That’s the bullshit of Steeler football right there
D'Onta Foreman was also great in relief for the Titans when Henry broke his foot.
Hol up you added "I'm always effin open" to the intro? Absolutely legendary (it might have been there for weeks now and I just didn't notice until now)
Olave: I play for the Saints man!
Cop: And?
Cop was cold blooded
