Missing a sizable portion of my knee and had such a hard time walking. Found her knee pain workouts and I was able to cancel my last cortisone injection because I didnt..... kneed it.
@portobeIIa I can squat 210 lbs now, and when I walk with my wife, I don't need breaks, and when she needs a break, I take a knee, and she sits on my thigh. I've also been able to dead lift 215 lbs. The numbers aren't fantastic, but compared to only walking 15 minutes with 30-minute breaks in between, I feel incredible and feel more useful as a spouse. I dropped 49 lbs, and I can do more for my wife with fibromialga. We're out here winning💪 and we ain't stopping.

I've only graduated to a 15 pound weight for the tricep exercise, but I will say that my form across all of these exercises has improved immensely alongside my ability to take these exercises slow. I knew so little about exercising that I thought "pushups to failure" meant "do pushups if you fail any of these reps" instead of "do pushups until you can't do them with good form anymore," so it took me a couple of weeks before I started doing this routine properly lol. There are plenty of dudes who like women that work out and take care of themselves. But don’t use them for motivation, use YOURSELF and your wants and needs for motivation. You just have to suck it up and ignore the jackasses. They’re not worth your time, hon. Not at all. I’m a teenager and guys my age pick on me sometimes. It doesn’t matter. Im focused on myself. They’re just voices that want me to stoop down to their level. Just do you! Stop caring about what people think. Care about what YOU think.

Istg everyone is insecure about their thigh fat and it is not really as fattu you think they. I am at 15% and the legs I thought were fatty are still the same size but with muscle so yea, maybe embrace your legs because they are not completely a fat storage of your body.

This is a simple but CHALLENGING arm workout, i got through the first two exercises so far following how many sets and reps guide. And i have a major arm pump already using 10 pounds and its my first day. SUPERhelpful and actually helps me see where im at and where i will end up :)

That's a solid arm workout I usually 3x12 Dumbbell workout doing, Incline chest press, Incline row, standing shoulder press, Incline skull crushers, alternating bicep curls, then shoulder flies. I'll give your routine a try next time I'm in.
