Brand Nubian was a big deal. They were SUPER Controversal. They did have hits, Grand Puba had hits too. Lord Jamar discovered and produced Dead Prez. On par with Tribe? Tribe is considered one of the Greatest if not THEE greatest rap group ever! They can't be compared to anyone except maybe PE or KRS one. BN were no slotches

NWA was super controversial..Bran Nubian was cool but nothing controversial about them that I remember. Grand Puba was the star of that group & apparently got the big head. They could be considered greats of they era but they didn't have the longevity of KRS, Public Enemy or Tribe called Quest

Deadass. I think they were harsher on him with the charges cuz hes a repeat offender and multiple felon. That mixed with being a rapper/minority is just the perfect storm for some bullshit to come your way. Cuz the way judges look at rappers is you're leading the youth and that kids look up to you so they feel like making an example out of you is gonna set the record straight for a bunch of kids. Which isn't the truth or justice it's just how these wack ass judges be thinking. Cuz yeah I'll be dammed if my family is at the show and I warn a bitch 3 times to stop touching my dick and security doesn't do shit you can best believe imma handle my business.

You know what, Unc? I can't sit here and front like I am a super fan. However, I did love _Slow Down._ My cousins and I made a step to that song. I also loved _Wake Up (Reprise in the Sunshine)._ I do not remember the full album though. My dad had the tape. Ahora, when y'all came back out w/ _Punks Jump Up to Get Beat Down,_ I was obsessed, pero only w/ that song. I don't remember the full album. I was too into Ice Cube and other artists, Unc. I'm sorry. From the third album, all I remember is _Word is Bond._ I don't remember the fourth album, pero I vaguely remember _Don't Let it Go to Your Head._ I know the beat, pero I'm rusty on the lyrics. After that, I don't know anything else from y'all. Obviously I can Google it, pero I'd rather just go off the top of the dome. I'd say that I'm a fan from afar. It's all good though. I love you here on Vladimir's channel. I watch all of yo' interviews.
