Nothing in this video shows you how diversity leads to more intelligence. Yes we need to be more cognizant of the blind spots, but that's just it, you need to be cognizant so you don't make those mistakes. You don't need a diverse cohort to do that, you just need an informed cohort to do that.
This seems a little too much like propaganda, as a title. I'm all for investigating different viewpoints and thinking how others see things, but this is unsubtle.
I really appreciate the jury decision making examples - and the Red Cross & Denver RTD blind spot examples, and all of it - Thank you!
Can't believe this study is actually what she is using as evidence for her opinion.
Excellent. I love your examples. Great research and thoughtful ways to help us expand our "inclusive intelligence" in many settings. Thank you!

My favorite part of this video is she doesn't actually give any evidence that racial diversity makes anyone smarter.

Yes no real data ...
Diversity makes you smarter and lose weight. Yah, that's right.
Excellent and important information for individuals and organizations.
The solution is "inclusive intelligence". Nope the solution is less moral diversity.
