I choose to install Zabbix Server from packages.
The download page is at
www.zabbix.com/download
I have the Zabbix Packages tab active,
I then choose 7.0 LTS, Ubuntu, 24.04 Noble, MySQL for the database and Apache for the web server.
It is important to download the correct version for your operating system and architecture.
To check, type
hostnamectl
