  • Plasma cutting consumables have the strongest correlation to a bad cut quality. Making sure that the consumables are installed correctly and are changed out in a timely manner can be the biggest determinant in maintaining a great cut quality.
This can also reduce the need for troubleshooting, as consumables that are installed incorrectly can lead to the plasma torch not firing, which can take the operator down a complex path of troubleshooting. All of this can be avoided by tracking consumable wear and installing them appropriately. The video will illustrate exactly when and how to install your plasma cutting consumables.

If you overuse your consumables the next thing you will be replacing is the torch head.
