That's my old boat. Years ago, when Nick was a salesman at Princess Motor Yacht Sales, he showed me round a P42 at the Southampton Boat Show. At that time it was just an aspiration, but a year or two later I was able to buy one new - and I bought this actual boat, hull number 235. So Nick, there's a nice circularity here - this is a tour of a boat that you were instrumental in selling in the first place.
Awesome! That's fantastic to hear, thank you :)
Nice boat James. Very similar layout to my Azi, The fly is better than the Azi, but my fridge bigger😉
When I see Nick showing these sub 50 foot boats, I think he is more "shopping" for his new boat than giving a tour. 🤣
Yes, I got that feeling too. So he's looking to upgrade?
@@nicomeier8098 O I don't really know. It's just a running joke I have whenever I see him in a smaller boat.I'll type something like "This could be Smuggler's Blues III" 🤣
If we subscribe, like and comment enough, Nick will get better broker opportunities and I truly wish him to be able to allow this size of boat in a rather near future :-) Aquaholic is one of the, if not the fastest-growing yacht tour channels now. So let's just do our part.
I hope he does buy a boat like this so we can watch him sail around.
Same here!!!
I can see this becoming Smugglers Blues 3. What a nice boat.
I worked out a while ago what this channel has over other boat channels, and i think Nick's secret sauce is pretty simple. He talks to you, and takes you around a boat like a home owner would his friends. And from the approach of someone living with the boat. Where as other channels are trying to show off the boat and speak to you like a sales man would.
With Nick talking i can imagine living on a super yacht, even though theres no chance of me ever affording one.
It's the fact he goes into every single locker and spare space.
@@djowen5192 Like most of us would, especially if left alone to have a nosey
@@CRRLL Yeah i love some of his out and about vids. Just even how to untie a boat. Look which way the wind is blowing, see which ropes are taking up the most tension. Its so simple yet its great at the same time :)
@@CRRLL it’s got it be Yorkshire tea though
Big compliment, my niece just walked past while I was watching this and said why are you watching David Attenborough 😂
Nick you're fair knocking out the reviews at the moment, love it! And always love a Princess...
Thinking the same thing, they're flying out.
Sunday, Tuesday & Friday schedule is perfectly fine for when I'm at work but as I'm holidaying on the Med, these random broadcasts are very welcome and very enjoyable 🎖

Me in bed with no job watching this video about a £240,000 boat:
BARGAIN!!!
Spot on, but why look at £240,000, be like me, look at the £5,000,000 + mark. I can't afford one of those either.
When I imagine owning a 250k boat, I can see it happening someday.
When I imagine owning a 5m boat, I 😂😄😂
I'm ready to sell my house and property and everything I own and buy a boat like this and sail away from the madness.
@@yavin99 my wife isnt sold on the idea because of the grandkids.
@@JB-ym4up True, but I dream big (big head, no bread in the house, as they say around here).
I don't often leave comments on RUclips but your tours are great 🙂
I live right by Swanwick Marina - recognised it straight away! Always wondered what the boats look like inside
When I see you wave at the mirror each video it cracks me up, dont stop😆
I don't know why but I wave back
I walked past my dog the other day and gave him a finger waggle wave, I didn't mean to, it just sort of happened 😳. I've joined Aquaholics anonymous now, two meetings a week, Tuesday and Thursday, 6:30PM. Thanks for listening. 😁
@@cookiemonster2299 ~ do you have a list of chapters so I can see if there's one in my area? I mean I am not gonna stop - - but support would be fun. LoL 😄
@@googlevoicer haha, yep I know what you mean, just nice to know you're not the only one with this particular addiction. Cruely, my chapter is at my nearest marina! 😳
@@cookiemonster2299 ~ LoL...
This is my Ideal boat, big enough without being scary. Small enough to get into just about every marina. Perfect.
Something like this would defo be on my radar in a few years time. This seems like the perfect boat. Also seems like good value at just over £200k
Hats off to Princess for making something look current for 12/13 years. If ever I get a boat, it'll definitely have a jutty-out platform on the back. I like those.
Perfect size, amazing layout... I need to start saving up!
Why would anyone put negative feedback on this? it does what it says on the tin, a walkthrough and full tour. Keep going Nick, informative and well thought out piece.
It's the other (jealous) boating channels I'm sure :-)
@@genericusername2177 ~ the other reviewers all seem friendly and supportive. I think it's either trollers who think they're important if they go around giving thumbs down - - or maybe people who just don't like a certain vessel so they do it and don't get it reflects (algorithm wise) on the person's channel and not the actual boat itself. Either way, there are (currently) 12 of those daft 👎 things and well... they aren't having much impact. Just lets us know there are some "not so bright bulbs" out there. 😉
They are using those new energy saving brain cells. 🤪
Considering this is AQUAHOLIC, I like to think those 'thumb downers' are Pirates! 👀
Great quality, layout, and good value at this age. I know this model well and it's a sound buy.
Aaahh, it's so nice to be shown around a lovely yacht by the best reviewer on the planet, makes the daydreams so much easier to imagine. 👍
A true salesman:
_hmm these rails are a bit short_
"They're really chunky! :D"
Me: I've been wondering for months now as to what a retracted bimini is called 🤔
Nick: It's the blue sausage.
😂
Great video once again, thanks Nick 👌🏻
Perfect example that no matter the size, Princess keeps the same standard of luxury and quality. Great tour, as always. Bravo!
That is a lovely craft, the perfect size for U.K. marinas, you will get in anywhere with that, but it feels so much bigger!
An absolute stunner for the money! Looks really cosy.
Nick's fast approaching 220K subscribers ... 'jussssst incredible!'
It just never gets boring. Coffee and Banana cake whilst watching, despite being lectured by obese Boris ...
How do you push the cake through your mask? 😂😷
I think he'll hit a million subscribers by mid 2023 at his current rate

As this is closer to the size of my boat, and it’s a princess... phenomenal boat! Love it nick!!
What a really well thought out boat. I loved the sofas in the saloon slotting together and the drinks locker on the fly bridge. I watched this and thought of the fun I could have, my husband at the wheel, my daughter and her fella pushing the sofas together at bedtime, my grandchildren sleeping in the twin room, everyone excited to be on granddads boat. Only problem is dear husband has never steered a motor boat in his life and we’d need to sell our home to afford this. I did suggest to dearest husband that we sell up, buy a boat and cruise the med for our retirement. Oh well, a girl can dream.
My favourite tour yet, really enjoyed it. Lovely boat 👍
What a great weekender boat. And she's in great shape, too. Very nice, Nick! Thanks again!
Excellent boat thanks- Im a new sub and this channel was recommended the best when i looked up yatchs!!
ye this channel is cracked
Great tour Nick. Lovely boat. Thank you.
Nick I always like your video's even if when the boats are small or big. It doesn't matter. Each boat has it's own charm.
Everyone: A wide bathing platform. AQUAHOLIC: THE wide bathing platform
It always amazes me how he can make 10min tours of superyachts and then take 15 or 20 min on small boats
To be fair, with the exception to the ones on this channel (especially Samurai, the Sirena 88 and the Arcadia Sherpa XL), most superyachts in the 85 to 130 ft range tend to be variations upon the same theme.
That said, I am looking forward to the X95, especially when Nick gives us a (second) proper tour of it.
It's because on the superyachts there's a lot more of a rush, as they're often at shows and every second counts when the boat is on display
Mathieu Naud they are owner operated. Which gives people a better understanding of the boat. Super yachts have crews who do all the little things. I believe it is just showing the luxury in most cases. It’s like watching multi million dollar listings on a $50k salary. Just a Dream.
@@gorywill677 the irony is 50k a year puts you in the top 1% here in southern Italy. It really is that bad I'm afraid. And yet there are people here with boats...
*Edit:* maybe not the top 1% but definitely the top 10%
This yacht is super awesome! Totally fair price for what you get. Shes beautiful!!! Nice and sleek.
I’m slowly coming to realization that I’m going to live on a boat permanently.
The size and the attention to detail make this my entry-level lottery win favorite ;)
Well done! Keeping it simple. I enjoy the way you show off the boats. Don’t change a thing!
What a lovely boat this is! Thank you for the great tour Nick!
What a beauty. That is a lot of boat, beautifully put together. I'm looking for a boat currently. This is out of my price range, but Oh Boy, I wish .....
Congrats on 189k subs and thanks for another super-review.
What a pleasure - no annoying background music!
Perfect family holiday boat
I think I've seen all of your videos and I think this is the first one that mentions a vacuum cleaner. I never considered that before. I don't have a boat and I'm unlikely to ever have one, but I really enjoy the journey of finding out about them. Thanks.
Thanks for watching!
Definitely one of my favorites! Thanks for the tour!
I have watched it twice. So informative and in depth.
Great job as always... one thing I've learned from watching your channel is that Princess really puts together a beautiful boat such amazing attention to detail.
I love these smaller yachts, there's no wasted space whatsoever and for some of us(not me), they might even be affordable. I did really enjoy that tiny Sun
Seeker jet boat tour you did last October(I think it was). That one I could actually buy.
Even the older princess boats are outstanding this is affordable nice and well designed
TWELVE YEARS AT SEA and it looks Show Room New - really !!! How do people do it? After a month, my "new car" looked like I'd got it from the scrappers, ages ago. Maybe after spending a Quarter Million I'd show much more care for a boat - I hope so. This vessel is so much more than first impressions impart. There are 48 - 50 footers that WISH they could fair this well. Quality IN = Quality remains. Someone's getting a very fine yacht with this one - very fine indeed. Thanks again, Nick...
Great boat nick cant wait for the next one
Really super layout on this boat. More practical than most.
Another beautiful boat, very well spec'ed and looks to be in excellent condition for a 12-year-old vessel, I guessing the bubbles on the tabletop are the result of a protective film cover. I liked the line about it unusually having demisters making it good for British conditions...
Awesome! This boat is a beauty
As expected another great tour of the boat. Plus the wave got in there along with maggie always an integral part of the video to me
Nick is the best youtuber = Fact
I see Nick, I like it.
I looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove you Nick !
I do like a dedicated depth Gauge - an important thing to always be aware of. This is a nice little package for the money.
I love this boat , As presentation s go Nicks the best 👍👍👍
I think you have found new Smugglers Blues Nick really nice boat and great tour as always thanks for sharing this 👍🇨🇦
Very nice boat with all the facilities you would need. Thanks for sharing.
Great condition for a 12 year old boat, very affordable. Thanks for the tour Nick. 👍😎
A very nicely laid out boat. Thanks Nick.
Another good tour Nick, thanks. She's not my dream "Med Monster" but great for a weekend on the dutch lakes and, with the state of travel at the moment, that's a great thing!
Well we all love a princess - this one is no exception. Nice tour Nick !
Many thanks!
What a lovely boat, very nice layout. You keep finding them, Nick. 👋
Great boat, great tour - thank you! I could see this as the perfect (and cost effective) alternative to a weekend cottage by the sea. Enough to make me move back to Blighty? Not quite.....
More like this please!
I think you have found my boat, very nice and not crazy stupid money. This is not an explorer/expedition style yacht surprisingly, but it is very much like a massively condensed super yacht, the essence of opulence is present in all areas with beautiful materials and levels of finish. A cracking 'little' boat.
Thanks for the tour, excellent as always. 👍👍👍🛳🚤☠⛴🛥🏴☠️🚢⛵⚓😎
Nice tour.
I have the twin of this boat but built in Italy by Cranchi. Seems like Princess made some very smart decisions regarding storage that the Italians left out. Even though engine access is sometimes a real downer, this is a great size for a long cruise for 2 or for a family with young adults that gets along well. The stern thruster, though rarely needed is a dream of mine because these boats are fairly lightweight and can get pushed around by the strong currents and big winds that magically appear when docking.
Even though everything is put on hold temporarily we will definitely look at the Princess line in the near future when it is time to upgrade.
You do a great job of showing everyone around these boats in a timely fashion with emphasis on areas that you feel need it. My only issue, and it may not be an issue for most, is everyone is getting a view of these fine boats through what looks like a GoPro with mediocre quality settings. Would love to see the detail on my monitor at 2k or 4k @60fps for optimum quality. I realize that creates larger files, and more processing time on your end, but I think the boats alone deserve the detail. Best Regards!
I might try it sometime
Thank goodness this yacht is across the pond. The temptation is great. Just what I would want to your the Great Lakes with.
Thanks again
I'm sure a lot of brokers in your area would be HAPPY to show you something really similar. 😅
Our pleasure!
Another cracking video Nick. I could really see me with that as a live aboard. That is a lovely boat, and an excellent review. You do set the standard for boat reviews. Just look at that Dennison Yachting who’s the best post. When I voted you were over 75%. Just killing it, and your sub numbers just keep climbing. I originally said years end for your 250,000 award, I don’t think it will take near that long. It just boggles my mind that someone has hit the dislike button. How on earth anyone could dis the master is beyond me. Cheers Nick. Keep up the good work. Will you be doing any more morning walk alongs? I do enjoy those too👍👍
Never get bored watching your videos Nick. Could do with someone like you to do tours of hire cruisers for the river Thames Norfolk boards etc. I enjoy a good boating break but can never get a good idea of the size of the cruisers from websites or other peoples tour’s you are so good at what you do.
Hi Nick. A cheap 42ft. Ahh a mirror . . . Smile and wave. Great video tour and a very nice family boat. Thanks
Love the princess Range 👍
Buy it Nick! What a lot of boat for the size! 👋
I really like princess, beautiful boats.
Nice tour, thank you!
princess .... just gotta love them
I enjoyed it. This is a nice compact, well put together yacht. Thank you
A really nice, clean and tidy boat. Always liked a Princess after hiring one to cruise the Caledonian Canal many years ago. I've always fancied returning to Scotland with my own boat and this would be perfect for the two of us.
Great video Nick, keep them coming and maybe more in this price range.
Very Nick, yet again a great live aboard especially with the genset. Very comfortable. I figure that the range would be more than 300 miles if you dropped it back to eighteen knots. I reckon if you were screwy enough, you could take through the Suez all the way back to Australia (maybe a couple of LAWs to take out pirates).
no matter the size of the boat this is a great floor plan
Always loved the princess 42 with great sea keeping from the Olesinski designed hull, great price too, just need plenty of money to run it
Great tour as ever 👍 Seems like the perfect package for size and style 😁
A lovely boat.
I thought the same thing too and then having read the previous comments realised I wasn’t mistaken. Seems you were particularly taken with this one Nick 😁
Quickly becoming my favorite RUclips channel just need more sailboats and love a good American sport fishing boat.
Welcome aboard!
Amazing tour of a great yacht!
Glad you enjoyed it!
The "of the era" makes me feel old and I'm still in high school.
I keep leaving my iPad near the boss with an Aquaholic video running.........absolutely no reaction but a ten second commercial for some kind of £150 bloody skin cream will see her throwing herself at a Visa card like a woman possessed!
Now what do I hear for a healthy kidney, yours for £240,000 and a captains hat thrown in.
Good job Nick, you keep us dreamers dreaming 👍
Cracking boat!
Thanks Nick.
Please Nick I want more bigger yachts
Like hall Russell yacht
I love super mega yachts
Love from india🇮🇳🇮🇳
Brilliant as always Nick😊 this would be a perfect boat for me🤩
A great value boat, Nick!
Perfect as a tender for your super-yacht in the Med.
I'd have to put teak oil on the decking annually I don't like washed out decking and it's so easy to do.
My friend has a Southerly 32 in Gaeta. It's the only British boat in the marina and he loves it. He oils the teak every year. The sun here is very strong.
Thank you. Great boat!
Nice affordable little yacht, like it 😀
Beautiful and affordable. Nice presentation.
Glad you liked it
I have been involved in boating for over 30 years. It seems to me, the larger a boat is, the less it gets used for boating. My experience is based on the North Eastern United States.
Nick you are AMAZING.
I love your videos, I can't really watch anyone elses yacht tours cause I like your style of doing it so much when other people do different things it bothers me. I hope you can do a super yacht soon!
Working on it!
I love nicks videos! there insanely good!!!!!
Even though it's at the threshold for yacht size, it is a real yacht and gets you in the game at moderate cost. An 8 way fractional ownership would only be 30 grand. Basically a bus ticket. Similar taming of berthing cost and annual belly rub. You can entertain otherwise crazy notions like having a Princess 42 in your home port and a 60 in the med. With moderate financial means.
I would change the carpet and seats to fresh white which will give it brand new life and by contrast elevate the gloss wood as well. The galley has modern enough colors. New white drapes as well or simply remove them. White will make a huge difference and is relatively expensive. Especially the carpet is such a small area that it costs very little. I think it's good discipline to change the carpets every other year or even every year because it's so cheap and that freshness is such a defining part of the experience. You could have the guy installing it cut 3-4 sets to have spares in storage ready to roll out. Bit of a shame that the galley doesn't have a window but that would be a larger undertaking. Maybe a revival of the teak if that's not intractable. I wonder if some kind of modern ceramic coating could keep them looking new indefinitely. That would be handy.
