Wow James. You're walkthrough videos are totally honest on behalf of a client ready to buy. The boat has all the toys bells and whistles. In great condition, full history on engines. Economical to run. Definitely worth every penny. Great video thanks.
Lovely boat and you do a great and thorough review of the boats James. One thing that bothers me is how you highlight work that needs to be carried put on the used boats. Things like the antifouling, anodes and scratches in the gel coat. I might be wrong but I get the impression u are suggesting a potential buyer would be paying for these. If I'm buying a used boat from aunseeker for the prices advertised I would expect these to be done by the seller. Its not like a private sale on autotrader. Get the boats up together and then show us. If it something you ate going to get sorted in the advertised price then tell us that.
Hi Rob, this was quite a rare one as I jumped onboard prior to her being properly prepared for sale. Usually I'd wait but these models are hot property and she was sold in a matter of days. If it's a brokerage boat (selling on behalf of the owner), then sometimes they will elect to spend money getting them 100% prior to listing, other times they just want to sell "as-is". We will take on in either state as there are buyers out there for both (at different price points). I have sold so many boats almost blind (from videos) that I like to be as honest as I can about the condition prior to someone perhaps getting on a plane to come and see something different to what say edited pics in Photoshop will depict.
@TheVirtualYachtBroker Thanks for your reply. I realise now that selling these boats is not like selling cars. The boats are rare and I can see how a buyer would be prepared to buy blind. I guess when they are spending 100s of thousands on a boat spending 10 of thousands on maintenance is expected. Your reviews are great. I do enjoy them. My criticism was probably unwarranted to be honest. Looking forward to future vids. All the best 👍

Thanks 👍
real shame they don't make these any more. 40ft would be a great size to get into the sun seeker range.
They seem to hold their value incredibly well.
Yes for sure, the depreciation curve has been very shallow on these.
The Virtual Yacht Broker good investment compared to other brands !
great tour and description James of a lovely well presented boat
Glad you think so, I quite agree!
Nice boat that reeks of quality!
Thanks James.
Beautiful boat. Is that normal to only depreciate 110,000 over 8 years? I know it’s a Sunseeker but that’s not bad at all.
Lovely boat - it's on my wish list
