Arab nations united in antagonism with the goal of wiping Israel off of the map during the Six Day War. In one of the largest battles in the history of armored warfare, Israel devastatingly demonstrated its military might.
Israel treated defeated army and civilian well. Just imagine how would Muslims would treat Jews if they had defeated Israel.

1/5 Israelis are Arabs. They enjoy equal rights which are unparalled compared to pretty much every majority Arab country.
Their standard of living inside Israel proper, is better than in any other Arab country. The Palestinians know it, but publicly they must show a different face; all are glad they don't live in Gaza.

This war is so interesting that I not realised that I watched this in 144p from Part 1 until Part 3.
I graduated High School on 6/6/67 and most of us were listening to transistor radio news reports. Even after the Egyptian forces in the Sinai had surrendered Cairo Radio was claiming their tanks were on the outskirts of Tel Aviv.
How mighty this small nation is to defeat much larger forces. God truly favors Israel.

Better training, better planning and tactics, smarter leadership. That's why they came out on top. Now was all of THAT part of gods master plan, that you can throw out there. Claiming their victory had to be due to divine intervention belittles the hard work and lives lost.

Wow; what an embarrasing moment for whose who hate Israel. What I don't understand is why the rich in Oil - Arab countries, did not take the refugees, clothed them, and shared with them their money, via housing, food, welfare, education, etc? Why don't they help their own brothers? That's really shameful for those who have a religion and don't practice what they preach. Sorry but you got what you deserve. Seems fairly well balanced (from a New Zealand perspective). I would be be interested to receive a perspective from Jordan, Egypt or Syria. This is because no matter how well the report is, it still comes from one perspective.
I'm not Jewish, but I was 18 at that time and even after the destruction of Egypt's tanks in the desert Radio Cairo was telling the Egyptians that their tanks were advancing on Tel Aviv when they have actually burned out shells out on the Sinai Desert.
Perspective is the existential prison we must strive to transcend.
God fought the battle for Israel.
Although the IDF were the victors, there are no winners in war, as both sided suffer and destroy each others young men (women and children as well). The biggest travesty is the refugee crisis which inevitably follow any war.
On the other hand, Israel could not afford to lose one war, this preemptive strike in many ways proved its salvation, otherwise the amassing Arab armies on its borders would have invaded simultaneously, a defensive fight Israel would unlikely have survived.
That and all we will see once it happens. First of all safe guard you and your nation against internal terrorism Or you will be not there to stood against them.

As easy as it may be to judge arab armies for the worst, I think the usual active, decisive and lightening fast tactics of Israel would leave any army with some "mismanagement" issues.

When you study the history of that area, the largest problem is the Palestinian problem. If Israel would give Palestinians a true home, the vast amount of bloodshed may not have happened.
