In this video,
I do a real life walk around Tema within the greater Accra region of Ghana, to give you a glimpse into what it looks like around some of the neighbourhoods within this Ghana region. Homes within community 6, 10, 11 and 12 rent for about 600ghs ($103.26usd) for 1 bedroom at minimum. The price goes higher depending on how modern the place is as well as facilities provided. In community 4, a 1 bedroom can be found for rent at about 450ghs ($77.44usd) minimum.

I've visited ghana several times and I always tell people to stay outside accra, Tema is beautiful, huge and calm, kumasi is beautiful too all these cities have their own weather vibe, Nice..
I've lived here for 9 days now and I am DEFFFinitely gonna look on the outskirts. The noise is outrageous. It is literally only quiet from 4am-7am in Osu and East Legon. Problem is, I have to be in Dzorwulu 4 days a week and I NEED a bathtub..... Rare to find a listing with a full tub near the city.

Thanks a lot jasmine for what you and other Ghanaian youtubers are doing we are very proud of you keep up the great job we have only one Ghana it's not perfect but we will not change it for any country in the world..and to anyone who comes over without doing thier research and later insults us over unpaved roads and animals walking on the streets etc jasmine is showing the real footage so before you jump on that plane make sure you ask yourself can I handle it,we are a developing nation and we will get there one day....
I like the neighborhood tours. You are one of the few that shows the housing and neighborhoods. You are also the first one that mentioned Chinese own a lot of the homes. This is important, for disaporians who want to come back. I would want my rental $ to go to Ghanaians not other foreigners who take the money back to their countries and communities.
Please show more of these videos and do a video on healthcare availability in the country.
Chinese don't own it she meant Chinese live there and it's by rental, Chinese are not the owners. She is supposed to correct that.

Due to the port being so close, a lot of Chinese do business around that area and like to live where they do business. Tema is a cool laid back place to live.

The tall trees used for landscaping are called Royal Palm. I like them a lot. They are the same trees that line up the entrance road into Aburi Gardens.

Community 11 looks nice very suburban. I was only concerned about grocery shopping and stuff like that. Thank you for the tour. Community 6 looks more developed It just needs the other amenities
yes thats right, there are a few small shops around c11 although it will be pricier than going to a regular market x

Hi Jasmine. I love these kind of videos 😻. Keep them coming. Thank you for showing us these communities. I stayed in Buelah Royal Hotel in Community 10 last year. It was affordable and very clean. There was a waakye seller right around the corner so I was a happy camper during my stay 🙈😌😌. I love Tema but land is so expensive right now in that area. At least the ones I have seen. If you hear of any good/ligid land in Tema that's affordable, please show us 🙈. Althouh I loved community 10, I cannot afford it so I will shoot for 4 lol. Ayikoo for all the work you are doing. We truly appreciate it.
