Located just a short 20-minute drive from central Accra lies a vibrant and rapidly growing city that can be regatded as Accra's twin city. Over the years, development in both cities has expanded to the point where their borders meet, creating a seamless urban expanse. What was once a separate hub has become an essential part of Greater Accra’s metropolitan area, contributing significantly to the region's growth and transformation.
Several years ago, neighborhoods here were comparable to some of Accra's current upscale communities like East Legon which makes this city a hidden gen not only for its residential potential bust also the presence of one of if not West Africa's largest seaport.Join me as we explore more about this evolving urban landscape, where the past meets the future, and untapped potential awaits.
Despite its growing significance, The city of Tema Ghana remains somewhat of a hidden gem. Many who live in or visit Ghana often focus on the bustling streets and neighborhoods of Accra, overlooking the unique offerings of this twin city. Beyond its industrial prowess, Tema boasts a blend of residential areas, modern infrastructure, and green spaces, making it a livable and attractive option for those looking to escape the denser parts of Accra without sacrificing convenience.
Lovely country 🇬🇭
Beautiful Ghana! God bless our homeland Ghana
If successive governments will concentrate on the roads Ghana will look very beautiful.

@AfricaViews
You did a good job 🤝
But please we need more videos on Tema City and other places like Sunyani, Akosombo and Kumasi

Tema (Harbour City) was Dr Kwame Nkrumah's dream city with Heavy and light industrial areas. The residential areas were divided into communities thus ; community 1,2,3,4 etc. TM as we called it, is a vibrant city with businesses, talents and beautiful night life. Community 1 is the city center where you can see the hustle and bustle of the locals aside the industrial areas.
Tema we dey....TM for live.
Your camera is very clear. Video looks really good 👍🏾

Tema is a city but not your regular city where you have a typical City center
He didn't capture the city centre and this don't make up the whole city.
@sunranglory why u guys are so bitter ? So coward that u can’t accept failure ! Oga heal ..
👍
See place they try to compare with lagos or Abuja...Ghanaians are funny
Mumu man all what you know Nigerians is trying to bash negatively go and check your schools first. the degradation value and the structure of your shs shows how you behave every where around the world 😂
But who is comparing with Lagos and Abuja. Ghana is trying to be compared with world class cities not Nigeria..u are not the standard for us...
Oga, have ou noticed that it is Nigerians who do these comparisons not Ghanaians. The Tema you are seeing is a place designed for industrial workers. I know for a fact that there is nowhere in. Lagos that has the serenity you find in Tema. Abuja and Lagos can boast of huge high rise buildings but as for security, serenity, peace etc, Lagos comes nowhere near Tema. I know both Abuja and Lagos so I know what I am saying
See animal talking, crawl back into the hole you came from. Alata nii aboa
