I met Kareem Abdul Jabarr when I was coming from college i walked right up to him in Newark Airport. Gave me advice def was a good guy our birthday is the same day. I'm quite aware of how Aries are I had to break down that stoic character by being jovial once I told him I was a college athlete he was ecstatic to say kind words to me. He said never give up. That's with anything not just basketball. Love the game
I have a question about Kareem Abdul-Jabbar everybody said he have a Unstoppable shot right and I don't understand why they say that when every superstar have a Unstoppable shot that's why they Superstar you haven't seen the Superstar didn't have an Unstoppable shot I have it. I know he is the Skyhook but the rest of the guys Kobe Bryant LeBron James Magic Johnson all them guys got to Unstoppable shot or else they wouldn't be a superstar. So I'm not going to go by he the best player because he got to Unstoppable shot because all of them have an Unstoppable shot that's why they say we Unstoppable. Stop fooling yourself and think about what you are saying. That would make Superstars great because they have an Unstoppable shot either is fast is it slow or whatever it is there's Unstoppable to the next man Skyhook or whatever they got is Unstoppable so don't make it seem like he's the only one guy that Unstoppable shot because it's not true. So can you please not say that anymore because every last Superstar have an Unstoppable shot.
I don't think you are understanding what people mean by the "unstoppable" shot. While all superstars might be "unstoppable" in their own ways, none but Kareem literally had an unstoppable shot. Any shorter superstar would run the risk of being blocked if they were being guarded closely by a Wilt, a Kareem, a Ewing, Olajuwon, etc. They are almost never guarded by men that tall so they rarely have to worry about it. With Kareem's sky hook, it didn't matter how tall the opponent was or how closely he was guarded. Nobody could block that shot... period.* Not even 7'4" Mark Eaton up in his face when Kareem broke the scoring record. This is why it baffles long-time fans of the NBA why more players haven't taken the time to master the sky hook. You still might not like the term, but I hope that gives you a better understanding of why people call it the "unstoppable shot." *When Kareem was young, Wilt Chamberlain actually WAS able to tip Kareem's sky hook off it's trajectory once or twice. That was the only exception and it never happened again for the next 17+ years of his career.
@@ContrarianCorner Wilt blocked it many time in his prime he would have slapped down in dirty Kareem's face the goat Wilt Kareem did not even come close too the stilt and the championships mean nothing because teams win championships not individual players.
Just the fact you had to push that false narrative to knock one of the Greatest players shows how weak LeBron and Jordan fans are. They can't deal wtih Kareem's resume. Jabbar had 5 MVPs before Magic was in the league.
Kareem was the best player ever to grace on a basketball court.
I think you mean Wilt .If your talking about most racist and most dirty player then i agree.
@@erics9754Wilt "CoachKiller" Chamberlain
Kareem in my mind is the best of the best 👌 👍

KAREEM OF THE KROP!!!!
He is definitely one of my favorite of all time....
still the GOAT to me
Imagine his stats if he had gone straight into the NBA from high school. 4 more years, in his prime.
That would be a terrible idea. He gained his skills and toughness from Coach John Wooden
He wouldn't have made it without the UCLA experience. Only LeBron was that good and ready to play coming out of highschool.
The greatest ever
The 🐐
Top 3 single dominant players in NBA history are all centers imo.
Because they're the biggest in the Court...
@doughboy1869 Were Yao Ming (7-6), George Mersahn (7-6), and Manute Bol (7-7) dominant?
The GOAT
Stop the Jordan LeBron argument, Kareem had 6 rings before Jordan got his first and finals mvp,at 38
Rings are team accomplishments Wilt is the goat period.
rObert Horry has 7 rings
He scored over a 1000 more baskets than Lebron has to date. It's just that he didn't shoot 3's.
*I'm sure he was pushed out, maybe."
*l'm sure some of hs team mates were like, "yo man, pass me dah 🏀
*cut up all his cloths!
*He prob.felt more comfortable just reading a book" Baraka Allah le fi"
I doubt if he liked Johnson, eh seems he was a pest to him and due may had snatched some props and media Attention from Abdul.
*The sky hook was phenomenal bhh when he's runs down the court and bang that dunk through the rim ....iss awesome 2 watch⛹️♂️ 🏀🗑️

@@erics9754 Kareem pissed all over Wilt.
Championships in Milwaukee? Hell, he only won one when he was with the Bucks.
If it's not for Magic....his legacy wouldn't be close
