❤ I love Italian food this I got to try. My parents once told us as kid's that knew a Italian couple and was invited to their home for dinner and they were blown away with all that they cooked first appetizers and then the main meal, in short they were stuffed beyond their stomachs and really enjoyed the visit after that they were invited back they said you couldn't have met a nicer couple.
I watched you 27 years ago.when I got married, you made fish in a long pan. A slice of potato on top of each fish, a slice of onion on each fish I think a slice of lemon and then you kept repeating yourself and you sprinkled breadcrumbs and olive oil together all over the top all over everything and baked it to the oven we love it. We still eat that today God bless💜
So easy to Cook,I made thie shrimp linguine recipe last week out of the cook book, i thought it was WONDERFUL, I ALMOST EAT THE WHOLE RECIPE BY MYSELF B
I made this tonight for dinner. I had frozen zucchini, not fresh. But I thawed, drained, and dried the frozen zucchini and reduced the cooking time. It was still delicious and I had a second helping! Seasoning and flavors were spot on! Thank you!
So Lidia does it, and many fine restaurants do too, but I have to say…I never leave the tails on shrimp in an application that is to be eaten with a fork. I’m not sure why I feel so strongly about this…I’ve certainly served mussels and clams in their shells…but I just don’t leave the tails on shrimp (unless it’s a finger food application). Also, I always make stock out of the heads and shells when I’m making a dish that shrimp is the star of. It’s very easy to do, and adds big shrimpy flavor.
I love simple meals like this. Full of flavor and freshness.
I love lemony shrimp. Zucchini sticks and shrimp is just what the doctor ordered 😊. So tasty and fresh.

What is the best shrimp to get that is NOT farmed?
👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️
kuk kichen lov
I hate when chefs leave the tails on, I Don't want to bother picking it off before I eat
I agree!
Why do you leave tail shells on something you eat with a fork?
For flavor.
Yes unless you want to eat shit, you should remove that vein lol. Same thing with lobsters.
The vein on the underside of shrimp is not the digestive tract.
@@lynnstlaurent6789 - Yeah but 99.9% of the time, the other vein is what people are asking about...
