It must be so easy swapping those tires. I tried doing exactly what you did to the T but for some reason my new tires aren't on the rim yet. Am I missing a step? How do they magically appear on my rims? 😂
Just picked up some Dunlop gpr 300 to replace some dual sport tires on my Sm. Looking forward to having my first set of street tires. Had to come check here to see how the tread pattern was front and rear 😂 it’s crazy but I never knew they ran opposite to each other
When you did your carburetor how much did you struggle getting your carb out and then putting it back in. Had a hell of a time getting it out. Not looking forward to putting it back in.
Thought I’d give you a update. Went back way easier than I thought it would. Put the JD kit in. Thanks for making the video it was very helpful. Again appreciate all your videos. My last bike was a sport bike. These Drz are a whole different animal.

Yea. Thought about it. Just heard there can be fitment issues. Rubbing etc. so I kept the size factory. The bike feels completely different now.

Nice I've also got a drz400sm got 120/70 17 front and rear 160/60/17 the 160/60/17 really looks great on the rear tire u should try it .
I’ll look in to it. The OEM size just works so damn well. And I’ve heard when you go larger you have fitment issues etc. thanks for watching!

Yea. I had these balanced. The damn pirellis handle so good it’s like a different bike.

Yep. KY Powersports. Mount and balanced.
If you have a chance to do some canyons would like hear a review of the tires. Are you getting enough heat on the tires?
I probably can. The pirellis are so much better than the Dunlop’s. The grip isn’t even comparable. And they heat up quick!

Go on line. They recommend putting loctite on certain parts because they are prone to get loose.
