@@Kanhavlog1947 Residential property aap commercially use nahi kar sakte. OYO par listing karwana matlab commercially use karna. Better hai aap family ko rent par de. OYO par listing karwana illegal hoga.

Actually no. Because it's illegal to use your parking for any commercial purpose.

Society may not allow you to do any event business in their premises. In case any society having commercial complex or Gala then may they allow to do it
