    Where did you find that nifty z-score table that shows the differences? I could only find tables without the differences on google.

    I dont understand how you find Z

      We just want the value of x that will give probability 0.75(0.25)
      So we find value from the z table by looking at the probability and interpolate it to get the exact number.
