Normal Distribution - How to Find an Unknown Mean or Standard Deviation - 3 Step Method

We learn how to use the standard normal distribution and the z score, or z value, to find a normal distribution's unknown mean or unknown standard deviation.

I was stuck on solving a math like this one which asked to calculate standard deviation. But, I couldn't find the z-score as the normal z-score was completely different; so I got confused. This video really helps me a lot. Thanks, dude! P.S. I was solving this math just the night before my exam!😀
