    I noticed the screen is cut off in some areas of the vid so if you have questions then just lmk
    Edit: about updating your browser, i poorly spoke, i meant keep the service disabled until you need it to be updated. That way you still get the performance benefit of one less service but keep an updated browser
    edit 11/22/2023: Drive doesnt like tcp optimizer, you might need to install it on your own or download the file from my drive individually

    you don't actually need any core parking enabling/disabling software. On laptops you can enable/disable automatic core parking system by putting the battery slider to balanced (core parking active) or max performance (core parking disabled). On desktops you should obtain the same result by using the balanced/high performance power plan. Having said that, I would let the OS to handle core parking completely. Core parking is an energy saving feature that first shuts down the "fake" logical core assigned to each physical core (if your system has hyper-threading) and then it "idles" some other cores if the system load is low enough. Why is this important? Because the core parking engine works in tandem with the scheduler. The scheduler will always try to "move" active threads from one core to another available to balance load (and heat) between cores.

    • @BabaYaga0713

      Sorry for 2 month old reply, I have a question idk if you know. Does setting a specific games graphic performance to high performance, like at 28:37, do the same thing as having the general power plan on high performance? Because if it does I’d like to keep my power plan on balanced just so that my hardware isn’t pushing when I don’t need it to

    • @SnackAttackJack
      @SnackAttackJack 9 месяцев назад

      @@BabaYaga0713 i'm not certain, but i do believe so. you might need to do your own testing on that. in either case core parking shouldn't be an issue on or off. core parking is designed to unpark when the cores are needed.

    If you're wondering why, it's because back then games are easier to manipulated with this settings because how simple game rendering techniques back then, now with modern games it's impossible to change the settings by third party controller because how complicated the engine is (that's also why upscaler such as DLSS, fsr, etc, can be exist)

    Hello, everyone! For those whoever will watch this video in the future, I would like to say that Khorvie Tech's videos are quite informative and really really helpful. I mean halfway in the video and I fixed my C drive's issues, Valorant's performance issues, Viper mini scroll wheel issue just by tweaking around the Windows Tweaker software & then I also fixed my RK71's somehow disabled/broken '0 P ; /?' keys too all of a sudden! Maybe he didn't intend to help around the hardware problems but watching his videos from the very start I was able to solve a lot of it. Take love

    The title doesn't lie, seems to be the best tutorial out there; I noticed an improvement in my overall latency. But I have one problem, my Japanese keyboard now doesn't work and I don't know how to fix it. Tried all kinds of tutorials to no avail. I don't want to reverse all the changes I've made because I still mainly play games on my computer. Is there anyone that can help me? What tweak do you think broke it.

    The quality windows audio video service is needed for a quest 2 to connect to a PC. So it's for streaming video and audio, it might also be needed for things like steam link. So if you use any of those, don't disable the service.
