I’ll always be a Levis fan after he threw the interception to the colts Line backer and then hit the guy and recovered the fumble!😂 Was freaking crazy and stupid to do, but it worked!😂
Your memory of that play is WAY off. This makes it sound like he made some crazy hit on a guy. It was a defensive back not a linebacker, who dropped the ball as he was standing up and Levis fell on it after having nothing to do with the fumble. Why would a play like that make him your favorite player?
Will's injuries were not due to him being too aggressive. It was due to him getting blindside hit by d-line men because the line was the worst in the NFL. I'm not saying the aggressiveness doesn't need to dial down(It definitely does), but the injuries weren't due to it
Great breakdown. I agree, It’s hard to tell how he’s going to pan out. If he fixes his step mechanics andreally commits to timing his throws better I think he could do quite well.
Brilliant, as usual. You gave several key points to watch for in the Titans game: Levis's RPOs, and the OL quality. Big Thank You for your analyses, making the game so much more interesting to watch.
. .. I wish my raiders grabbed Levis 🤦♂️🤬.... I wanted him badly! The titans are doing a great job drafting young capable OL for their potential franchise QB. Hes smart, athletic, competitive, and fearless. He's like a more athletic Brett farve
I think he throws it too short on those long balls because he hadn't worked with receivers at that point. His problem at UK at times was overthrowing receivers.
As a Titans fan from Nashville, let me tell you there are very few Titans fans that are skeptical about who our QB of the future is. We are worried about the offensive line and the secondary, not QB. Also, it’s refreshing to see a brave QB with confidence and a fearless leader again finally, we haven’t really had that since McNair. And McNair couldn’t pass as well as Levis, IMO.
They got the best available Center in FA who had a top 10 performance last season as well as a massive new LT with the 7th overall pick. On top of that they now have one of the greatest OL coaches of all time.
I disagree with your point about his progression being slow due to his inability to read through progressions. Callahan speaks about Levis showing great promise in this area. It was said that often it was not because Levis was late to throw the ball due to some lack of knowledge but was due more to his receivers being unable to separate and to get off press coverage. Levis in no way was limited to half the field. He would regularly go through all his progressions. He did a good job at this much better than most rookies according to the coaches. I loved your video. Thank you for your hard work. I think you just need to do a bit deeper dive into your analysis by going and reading what the local team reporters as well as any personal interviews a coach has where he breaks down the QB’s talent. And his accuracy is not well reported. There is a stat that gives a better understanding of a QBs accuracy. Looking at the highest rate of incompletions due to inaccurate passes Levis has a better accuracy percentage the 23 QBs. He is 9th in the league with only 27.4 % of his passes being incomplete due to him throwing an inaccurate pass. Watson is worst with a 43.9% rating. And that is behind the worst o-line in football. And with receivers that had the most drops than any receiving core in the NFL. Levis is going to be a franchise QB no doubt ! Think about it. Levis with no real work in training camp and no real reps during the season because he was the 3rd QB on the rooster. And he had a coach that was terrible at play calling. The dude as a rookie goes in with little practice in the middle of the season and takes this terrible team to a 3 and 4 record. And not one of the games they lost was because of poor QB play. He was the reason they were even in those games. Levis is going to be a big time quarterback !!
This year will be telling with the new offense under Callahan.... The tools are there, but how many guys have we seen bust in similar circumstances? A guy drafted due to his raw talent despite mixed results in college. Could go either way... As always, your evaluation and breakdown was elite.
I mean Levis wouldn't really be a 'bust' being an early 2nd round pick. If he doesn't work out he would be rated properly as being chosen where he did rather than the hype surrounding him as a first round guy. If anything the current Titans staff/regime are on the clock to get a proper working O-line and run game so they can assess Levis correctly. Since he's also in a similar timeline with the current veteran receiver group. If he ends up being like 2019 Tannehill by his third or fourth year, he's definitely worth a second contract from the Titans.
IMHO only Levis can determine if he’s going to be successful. We don’t know yet if he has the fast processing when reading defenses. Lots of QBs have huge arms & great athletic ability yet we’ve seen what makes elite QBs: hard work so almost nothing is a surprise. QBs like Peyton Manning & Tom Brady have shown the way. A QB has to live football. Especially with less practice time mandated by the 2011 CBA.
I’m a Colts fan. And I truly think Levis will be a better player than Richardson. I wish the Colts would have taken him last year. Richardson is a physical specimen. But he is slow and run first. Levi’s has had a worse situation every year. And somehow outshined him.
You need some more optimism my man. Richardson is incredible, inconsistent yes but he has all the tools to be special. Not to mention he's barely 22 years old. Richardson has a way higher ceiling and is in a better situation
@@JasonLewis544 bro, optimism is Richardson’s Career. He’s shown absolute ship. He’s never finished a season, Is slow in progression. And this is coming from a dude who is drunk. Imagine if I was sober.
@@JasonLewis544 I’m saying Richardson hasn’t finished a damn thing. He starts and gets hurt. He has potential, but gets to use it because as I said before he hurts himself. He has never finished a season healthy since HS.
Lol the Titans are not a disaster of a franchise. Go back and check your recent history. They have had more success then most teams in the league in the last 5 years and far more than anyone in the division. Watch a few games before using your time to comment ignorant things.

@TacoTuesday4 why are you so upset lol that play was pretty cool
@@Connorwright1212don’t think he was upset but rather was correcting inaccuracies in his version of the story.
He is on my dynasty and I won’t trade him for that play alone. Dude got more heart than a lot of players and I can’t ignore that
It’s crazy how differently you can remember things! I rewatched that highlight. Still a great hustle play, but very different than I had remembered!
He got that dawg in him.

Facts. He did throw behind receivers frequently. I do have high hopes this year though with an (ostensibly) better line and WAY better WR corps.

Saving this for later this season when Levis is competing for an AFC South title.

Interested to see how he does without henry in the back field. And I don't think very much improvement on the Oline

Ryan tannehill should start
Raging Bradly Chubb🤔
Most of this is very fair, but 8:10 is not on Levis. He had a guy straight up the middle hit him and still dropped a dime that Treylon dropped.
