Looks nice for people who like 2-story homes, but we don't. I like the interior to some extent. Do they have single story homes as well?
They do have single stories. Mostly they are single story townhomes with a shared garage wall. They are about 1400-1600 sf and about $400-$430k.
Townhomes aren't on our radar at this time. We want single story and more sq ft. We'll find something we like. There's plenty to choose from in the TV's new construction and existing homes for sale.@@SummerAstonRealEstate
Are there any new 55+ communities coming soon?
I'll have to make a video about this soon - there aren't too many 55+ communities in the valley. There are some new 55+ selling townhomes - attached single stories - in Meridian that have been selling for around $415k, there don't appear to be any spec homes there at this time, Cadence at Century Farms still is selling 55+ homes but that starts at about $500k, and then there is a new 55+ area in Eagle coming - they are just beginning to move dirt and put in infrastructure for that, it will be gated and I expect those homes to be $550k+ as well.

Thank you! Yes it’s in the description. We don’t say prices on our listing videos because if we do a price reduction then it’s not accurate anymore, but we put it in the description where it can be easily changed. This particular home sold before we actually listed though!
For those who like tract home living. CC&R’s, very close to neighbors, lots of traffic. Make sure you close the bathroom window so the neighbors don’t hear you grunt.
