i tried out the dalgona coffee but a thai tea version! it turned out really good so i definitely recommend you try this because the recipe only calls for 4 ingredients!
Ingredients for WHIPPED THAI TEA (1 serving):
1/2 tbsp instant coffee
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp concentrated brewed Thai tea (2-3 tea bags Thai tea OR 3 tbsp of tea + 1/2 cup hot water, brewed for 3 min)
Milk & ice
Directions:
Whip first 3 ingredients until desired consistency. Pour over milk & ice. Enjoy!
