  • How To Prepare Soyabean Khebab Recipe

    To Make Tofu Khebab, You Will Need Tofu First.
    ➡️🔨How To Prepare Tofu:
    ➡️ Soak your soyabeans over night
    ➡️ Add water and blend the next day
    ➡️ Extract the milk using cheese cloth
    ➡️ Put it on fire...
    ➡️ Add fresh lemon juice
    ➡️ After some few minutes, tofu will form and separate from the water.
    ➡️ Pour into the cheese cloth or tofu presser.
    ➡️ Add load to bring the water out.
    ➡️ Next day, tofu is ready.
    ➡️🔨Best And Easy Way To Prepare Ghana soyabeans khebab Recipe:
    ➡️ Cut tofu into cubes.
    ➡️ Add blended:
    Pepper
    Ginger
    Garlic
    Red bell peppers
    ➡️ Add water or oil and blend.
    ➡️ Add to tofu
    ➡️ Add remmie or onga spice to obtain the redish color.
    ➡️ Allow it to marinate for some time.
    ➡️ After some minutes, put it on fire on a medium heat.
    ➡️ Fry the tofu
    ➡️ Dip in oil that contains suya spice.
    ➡️ Arrange on a stick with onion
    ➡️ Sprinkle suya spice on it and bake for some few minutes. it shouldn't be hard or too soft
    ➡️ Khebab is ready....
    ➡️🔨 Please Note: khebab sticks should be soaked in water

    Wonderful sister, I'm proud of you, your terms are too much. I would like to know if I have a presser that can press all the water within a day, can I fry it that same day?

      Yes, there’s a presser like that and if you make it early in the morning,while using curtain cloth, put loads on it , by evening , all the water should be extracted and be firm. Thank you🙏😍🫂

    Do you happen to know what is normally added to the the soy milk on fire to make the khebab really soft and fluffy. I've noticed here in the northern part of Ghana, they add something to it which makes it airy, soft and empty in the middle when you bite into it. I've asked many of them but no one is willing to let the secret out to me. Please if you do know, let me know.

      I guess you are talking about the chaff. You can dry it and use it as soybean flour if blended well or smooth. For me, I always discard it. Thank you for watching ❤️❤️🙏
