      My basic, as Army was at Fort Knox, graduated on the 6th of May 89! A salute to all of us in all armed forces because we are all part of this country's history! Especially to those who paved our way and those who gave all! Never forget that our survival was paid for with their blood.
      Never forget our fallen! No matter what branch.

      Can I ask what year you attended boot camp? I think I want to join to become tough, but I don't want it to be like what half the Internet is saying "That the standards have dropped and it's too woke".

    • @TheGoatGrunts
      @TheGoatGrunts 4 месяца назад +4

      @@WormSandlejoining to be tough is not the right reason to join first of all. You need a job in the military what is it? Why do you want that job and what will it do for you. Look at the lifestyles in different branches is it what you want. You want something laid back like the AF or something hard like the Marine Corps.

    • @WormSandle
      @WormSandle 4 месяца назад +3

      @@TheGoatGrunts Thank you man, yeah I actually wanted to be a 4571 (combat videographer) because I love filming history. And there are other reasons, but that is the main reason I wanna join to be mentally stronger. Thank you for answering I needed this. I think I'll stick to the Corps.

    • @TheGoatGrunts
      @TheGoatGrunts 4 месяца назад +2

      @@WormSandle Mentally stronger there ya go. That’s the answer. Being a Marine is the most honorable yes, but talk to another branch maybe the Navy. See what they have to offer. Want a sign on bonus? The Corps won’t be the right option, but the Corps will change you completely for the better.

Gotta score of 28 after I graduated hs back in 2019, tried again n gotta 32 waisted 4yrs of my life for a girl j for her to say she doesn’t want me in the military even tho it’s my dream. Left her focused on my self took a practice test gotta 34, sat down n forced myself to watch n study grammar hero. Took the test again gotta 51 on the Picat went to verify my score n gotta 60. Haven’t looked back n my whole family came to my swear in at the recruitment office n now I ship out Tuesday n I haven’t felt more commitment, confident, excited, n all in all motivated a day in my life until now. Can’t wait to become a UNITED STATES MARINE🇺🇸🦅🦅DONT GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS….NEVER!!

      As odd as it may seem, there is a method to the madness. The DIs are creating chaos and forcing the recruits to function, think, and respond in the midst of it. Think about it: processing information, thinking, strategizing, and decisions have to be made in some of the most extreme conditions (combat). If you think this is intense, think of what it would be like having to make life-or-death decisions while under fire.
