I think they want to make him look as tired and old as they can. It's political. It's to subconsciously play on people's minds. They see those pictures and may not realize it, but they're thinking about them. Then later the media can come back and question whether or not he's medically fit for office and those images might influence some people in the back of their minds. They want to make him look like he's lost the spark and enthusiasm that he had in 2016. I don't care what your political affiliation is but based on comments I've seen across social media platforms, this is the 2016 election all over again. I'll be very surprised if Trump loses.
