      Exactly! Some days I have to put the 15min cool down on 2x speed or else I don't have time to do it. Really liking the 5 minute ones that are more targeted to the workout areas.

    I literally do all the warmups and workouts just to get to this part “cooldown”. It relaxes all my body parts and it’s my goal for the whole workout routine to finish it.

      Revelation 3:15-18 explains that we can’t be cold and hot at the same time which is being a lukewarm. In other words, if we are hot, which is really repenting and turning from sin) if we are cold we just completely don’t really follow God. If we mix those together it makes a lukewarm which they will be spat out Gods mouth and won’t inherit the kingdom of heaven.

    Begun the 2023 Fat Loss program and this was my last exercise for today. I legit thought I couldn't do it, depression and anxiety paralyzed me for a long time and I was scared of failing again, but thanks to my fiancee's support and Chloe's program I gained a shred of hope again. I just wish to see a stronger version of myself at the end of this 🙏🏻 Thank you Chloe, you're amazing! 🌺💕

    This is the last day of my first program (Weight Loss 2024, 25 days). I lost weight by three kilograms and lost six centimeters in the waist, adjusted my daily routine, diet, became MUCH stronger and more resilient, as well as cleaner. Despite the fact that I have autoimmune thyroiditis and hypertension, I did it thanks to Chloe and the support in the comments. I went from years of self-loathing to a height of 170 centimeters, a weight of 53.5 kilograms and a waist of 65 centimeters. Thank you guys... I am staying with you, and I will achieve new successes. Don't give up! ❤❤❤

    Love the 5 minute cool down! Especially when I work out in the mornings and have to get to work after! The 10 minute is nice when I have time on the weekend

    Just want to leave comments here. Started my journey of losing weight Jan 2023. From 64 kg (last year) to 55.5 kg (currently). And I always included workouts from chloe for my workout routine. No regrets at all. It’s such a long journey but believe me, it’s worth it! I don’t want to lose weight too fast, because someone have said that, if you lose so many kg in a month, you tend to gain weight more faster if you don’t maintain your healthy routine. So guys, enjoy your journey of losing weight. Don’t stressed out. You will be fine. Wish the best for all of us! :)

    Yay! A new cool down, I’ve been wanting one 🥰
    Also idk if you’ll read this, but I would REALLY love an upper body cool down. I carry a lot of stress in my neck and that upper back area (and put more stress on those areas when I workout) so it would be so cool to have a stretch that releases tension in those areas. Of course I could look up other videos, but I love the way you do it 🤷🏾‍♀️😆 Thank you for all the workout videos - they’re so helpful!!! 🫶🏾

    Chloe, I did your programs for 3 months 2 summers ago. I was as fit and thin as I’d ever been. I eventually gave up and gained the weight back. We got a tonal and as great as it is, I wasn’t seeing the swift results and I did with your workouts. I just started again with your videos two weeks ago and I’m down 6 lbs. THANK YOU!!! Idk what it is but YOUR VIDEOS WORK.

    currently on day two of the 2023 hourglass challenge and i love the cooldowns ! can't wait to do more, it's the most satisfying part of the workout and almost makes me sleepy during it, so relaxing!

    Well I had to skip the lower body workout from the summer weight loss challenge because my knee gave out but I’m proud that I got through the HIIT and standing core warm up/cool down. Excited for where this challenge will take me. Thank you Chloe!

    Hey Chloe, don't know if you will ever read this, but I want you to know that you are a blessing sent to people by God. People who needed these exercises. You are saving lives and creating an amazing platform that produces happiness. Our appearance is something that really affects our self-esteem, as you know, and being able to do something to make a positive change in our lives, is a big boost for us.
    God has provided you with the tools you needed to make a change in your life and you shared that overpouring into other people's lives. The fact that these are free is such a huge blessing. I have been trying for years to work out but I always fall off. Doing your exercises has really made me see changes in the way I feel. I am on day 7 of the 2-week shred and it is getting easier.
    But the main point I wanted to tell you is that you, in deciding to do this have angered the enemy. When people are down and depressed and feel bad about the way they look, they can create very negative energy. There are beings in this world that feed off of that. And God has provided an avenue for escape from those negative emotions, from you doing these workouts and giving us access to them. It is creating happiness and joy and light and positive emotions and the enemy cannot feed off of that. So what do they do? They send out their human minions. People who are so deeply into wickedness that they become easily influenced by negative spirits and they attack you. These beings are trying to spiritually attack you by going for the areas in your life that are a trigger for you. Trying to use any trauma you have had in your past to discourage you and make you stop.
    But recognize what they are and do not stop doing what you are doing. You are a tool used by God to save lives. You are doing more than you believe. Do not let them discourage you. The Bible says that we fight not with flesh but with spirits. These people are lost and they need prayer for deliverance. Do not let them drag you down with them. God bless you. I truly believe that you are going to be a positive addition to my life and I thank God for you. I pray you to turn to God and Jesus in your moments of weakness and he will guide you. Give your life to him and no weapon that forms against you will prosper.
    God has sent out many people to encourage you and tell you again and again that you have made a major difference in their lives. I am happy to see that you are still posting videos.
    You are so cute and quirky and remind me that its okay to be my goofy little self. Though i do not like the swearing and certain language you use, I do like what I can see of your personality. I cannot....TOTALLY CANNOT....judge lol.......I adore your little dance at the end of your videos. I believe God has directed me to your website and content to help me make changes in my life. God bless you and do not lose faith and hope.

      oh and ps, I can not stand you. Why? Because you make my muscles angry, my fat jiggly parts are screaming at me to stop. Seconds into the first, FIRST!!!! workout and I was saying how much you hated me and wanted my life...lol. This is a good thing because it means your workouts are doing work! Do not take my sideways humor as an insult. Your workouts are kicking my ass. Love it!

    I have been doing chloe ting challenges since a year and completed 11 programmes upto now. I first started with a goal to lose weight.     I don't know how to thank you for this I have been in pain for 2 days because of exercising that I didn't do it yesterday but I did today and did this cool down and literally I don't feel most of the pain I always do warm up but I forget about the cool down always but guys this is so important don't ever skip it

    After grumbling and feeling so unfit, I actually enjoyed Day 3 of the 2024 challenge. I actually enjoyed the workout and this cool down was amazing. I was actually shocked that I could get into and hold the poses. I'm very happy with today's workout. I discovered I have to do a little extra exercise on my own before starting Chloé's workouts and it's working great now. A little more stretching and more weights etc on my own is helping me. Yayy! Thanks Chloe.

    You genuinely have no idea how much I appreciate this program. I played soccer and did boxing for years, until about 2 years ago when I started having unexplainable seizures, and I had to stop. Since then, I gained about 60 pounds when I was at my highest (202.4). I lost 11 pounds doing your 2022 weight loss challenge. I am so excited to start a new one. Much love to you Chloe❤

    So excited! I was able to get my foot into my elbow during the pigeon quad stretch! When I first started the challenge, I could hardly stand having my foot up at all. Only a month later, I'm much more flexible! Mahalo nui!

    For those who start the Workout program, I have been with Chole for almost 2 years, now thanks to Chole I maintaining my weight and my belly won’t bloat anymore, I think it took 8 months for me because I did 16:8 fasting too so I just want you guys to know it takes time to see the results, you have to keep pushing yourself, don’t listen to other people's opinions, and just go with your flow, it will be worth it in the future, don't give up, I’m with you, fighting 🎉😊

    These are really helpful, and cool-down stretches in general can be very beneficial, but it's important to be careful while performing them, because if your body isn't used to stretching quite well it might damage your tendons.

    I love your videos, including warmup and cooldown videos! I'm so happy I discovered you. Could you please make some kind of chest workout (breast lifting) challenge?? I'm sure there are plenty of mothers who got their breast form changed after giving birth and breastfeeding. I know there are some videos on the internet that claim to help..but if you post something like that, I can trust that it actually works and helps, not just getting excited for nothing.. You are so motivating, I actually started working out with you again, after a 7 years break and 4 births. Big thanks!
