So what is a Kansas style ribeye? It's something I've seen on a menu before is just a misleading wording for Kansas strip?
That's interesting, I've never seen that type of naming before. My best guess is it's just their way of saying Kansas City Strip. Seem likes they really want you to know it's a ribeye too haha.
