- Lights looked like they worked well. Audio seems good, if a little loud, with the two wireless lav mics.
Next time hopefully we can get more fixed cam shots and less hand cam.
Overall I am relatively happy with the outcome.

at 53:30 - the supporting unit can't lap around, it just supports: "A unit that cannot see a retreating enemy cannot pursue into edge contact. Such a unit might still be able to pursue in order to support a fighting friend."

and 1:07:19 the bottom-most flyer stand should have moved forward to contact the previously-supporting stand: "Choose a unit to make a pursuit move. Every stand that can move straight forward so that its front edge contacts an enemy stand must do so. This includes stands of enemy units that were in supporting position before causalities were removed."

Also, when pursuing, you are obliged to move your stands directly forward where possible. In most cases, Barry's daemons remained in corner-to-corner contact while they should have moved forward into the supporting troops.

Where is the terrain and flat cards beneath from?
At 44:45 you are obliged to form a battle line when charging. And yes, you have to see the enemy you want to charge ;-)

Can you possibly link where this terrain is from? If it isn't home made that is. Thanks and great batrep, but yes, you have to be able to see the thing you want to charge!
It's custom made terrain and so isn't commercially available.

At 30.30 the vampire left wing went from 4 columns to 4 ranks? Can you explain reasoning?
At 31.32 to same for the right wing.
I believe Paul was changing formation to prevent all four units being dragged into a combat. In column each of the four units would be engaged, in line only the first two would be.
It is something that I (Barry) would do? I don't think so. Defensively I prefer to receive a charge in column when I have a full brigade.
I run Vampire Counts and I would love to see more Battles and army lists with them. I think you guys haven’t realized the value of the zombie unit!!

Have you heard of the zombie sponge? A 4unit brigade with all in columns . small frontage taking fewer casualties and they never get confused. And they are cheap!
Another good battle report. I’ve been looking for acrylic counters for Warmaster and haven’t found any. Are yours homemade or did you get them from somewhere?

There may well be an army deal for them coming in September. £120 for 2000pts.
at 1:08:30 - daemon flyers lose combat , pushed back into town - you destroyed them (as if they were pushed back into woods) but advanced terrain rules say all units can enter towns and all units can be pursued in towns when starting their retreat in this terrain type. I think the flyers would have retreated and could not be pursued. you could have held Paul up for another round that side :) good battle so far... pauls "handy cam" is better than barry's "steady cam" - I think
