He called me a schizophrenic, a bipolar and also narcissist person. Because of your video and the awareness, I've learned to set myself free. I've learned to accept that they will never chage. I have accepted that my marriage was fake and that the loving was not real. Went through some depression up-and-down sadness but letting myself walk outhis toxic relationship has healed me And has give me back who I am. It's not worth it. Leave them and go no contact.

This very true. My spouse takes and takes and takes. No matter how much I give it's never enough. Finally I became exhausted and so she began complaining about how I don't do enough. It's a lose lose.
This episode hit home soooo much, and will rank in my top videos of "yep, that happened...yep, that did too". Videos like this are such continued validation that my expectations for our relationship weren't unrealistic, and that I wasn't being needy, but that he found so many ways to avoid accountability.
I continuously watch these videos as a means of being able to function each day since I left him. They help to hammer the nail in the coffin lid of the relationship.

Wow! 🤯 This video explains a whole lot. I am beginning to understand what has been happening to me for these past years. I couldn't understand why I was being labeled a certain way. I had accepted and believed what was told to me even though I couldn't see it. I was so confused. Thank you so much for this video. This really explains a whole lot. I feel a calmness now. OMG! I had to rewind the part about "planting evidence, just to test us". Years ago, my husband asked me to go into his email (to get a code or something), KNOWING FULL WELL I was going to see emails from other women. And, yes, it started a huge fight. I always wondered why he'd be so dumb, or, if he did it intentionally. Now I know he did. Years later, he discarded me and I'm at peace now.

The real torture has been being gaslit, shut down and un invalidated, and then projected upon, I am bad. I am horrible. I am failing. This was very, very, very painful until I figured it all out. Thank you so much for enlightening us.

My Ex used to say to me "Have you got something to watchno your phone because I don't want you being bored while i watch football". I was never bored watching a film. Maybe he was trying to tell me it was HIM that was bored with ME. 🍒

Why does no one talk about female narcissist, or lazy, narcissist that won't work, or help with house stuff ect?
People do talk about them. They’re all pretty much similar male or female. It’s just more common to see men narcs than women according to what I read at least
My ex girlfriend was is a narcissist and I didn’t know it we met in 2015. while we were both in college everything started off really good there was a massive amount of love bombing. and we went back about two months later because there was a break and we were at school for a year and that’s when things got really bad for the first couple months everything still felt pretty fresh and then this switch happened she kept wanting to argue with me constantly and I was just trying to keep the peace between us and there was one time where she started to physically abuse me & scream at me and I walked away I went out of our apartment I went upstairs to my apartment and lo and behold she came knocking on my door at 3 AM telling me she was sorry and she said I wouldn’t have done that to you if you had just listened to what I said and then it just got worse from there I became isolated I didn’t talk to my family anymore or my friends and the only friend that I really had that knew what was going on was my friend Alajiah and she tried to talk to. Talk to my girlfriend about how she was treating me and she didn’t want to take accountability for any of that and the straw that broke the camels back was that she called me stupid on the phone because I was trying to set up a very nice vacation for both of us
And another thing I’ll add to that she would blame me for the reason why she was abusive to me she would say things like I wouldn’t have to yell at you if you would just listen
@@seanm7539 I was with mine 16 years. Do I have stories. But yes! That sounds just like my home did!! Mine also wouldn't work, or keep a job, or help around the house. Was mad that I either had 2 jobs, or worked alot of over time. Hates me because "I put work first" left me 14 grand in cc dept. She's 32, aged like she's 45 (no offense to anyone). This past February I convinced her to get a job to help pay the gas bill. 2 weeks later. A whole 2 weeks!!! Married a 21 year old that she met there while I was at work!!! I don't even know how or why that happened... I'm also confused because what 21 guy would marry a woman in her 30s, with weight gain, no teeth, and a hysterectomy!? That he only met 2 weeks later?! They both quit their job and moved into a trailer with no heat. Supposedly 1 of her 5 therapist that she cycled through over the last year. Told her that I'm a narcissist. Which is what prompted me to find these videos. My head is in a mess...
The only thing I could do was get real quiet and live parallel with him in the situation when I realized what a f***** u* situation it is I just got very quiet. Sometimes he would get very raging when I would just go to the door to leave and go across the street to my shed. I would quietly pretend like nothing happened and respond with nothing while I was preparing to leave. now I'm in my little life pod Van and I'm trying to recreate my life
In a weird way karma dropped me right back where I had been right before I met the narcissist I realized though, that it is easy to blame him for all my problems but Some of these problems existed before I met him so it will be harder to quant backup and fix all of the problems. true he did a lot of damage but I am responsible for my life Now that is not me minimizing his abuse I have just decided that I am responsible to take care of my life I am not starting another relationship I am working on all my problems and I know in a couple of years when I'm on the way up I will meet a really nice person to have a partnership with and I will Make sure any person in my life has empathy and that they have a Is real heart And if anybody ever treats me the way he did ...one and done...
