Dude, I’ve never watched one of your videos before, but I’m checking out these speakers and your video came up... just the way of how real you are with talking to us as the audience I know I’m going to be getting these speakers because of you. Thank you for a great review.
How are they still workin? Hope fine. Im trying to find reasons to buy them. Lookin for multiuse functions like movies, gamming and music is my target...
Finally a good review on these things. I bought a set for myself last year to replace my soundbar. The sound quality, the sub, just everything is so much better than a similarly priced soundbar. When I opened the box and saw the thickness of the cables I knew right then they were going to be better than anything else I've had, they're just so much thicker. The sub is amazing and can actually push out some decent bass. It really brings things alive. On my soundbar if I turned the bass up too much it didn't sound that great, it was just too deep and muffled, but on the edifier there's no loss of quality when you turn the bass all the way up.
I went ahead and bought these based on this review... and wow. This thing can get VERY LOUD and the bass far exceeds what I expected. I wanted a pair of speakers that had a bit of bass but good lord. The max I keep the bass level is about 35% and it still punches me in the chest. The sound quality is astonishing. They are comparable to Adams T5V studio monitors. If you're thinking about buying these, do it. You will not be disappointed, in fact, these will exceed your expectations. The build quality is phenomenal. I won't be using the Bluetooth often, but it is a plus. Lastly, I've only had these for 2 days now, and they will only start sounding better as I put more hours into them and the moving parts loosen up a bit. Great purchase. Price is 100% justified.

I have a set of Edifier S760D's that I have owned for years with absolutely no issues!! These things will blow you away they sound so good!! All my friends are blown away when they listen to them...they are extremely well built and have an amazing sound!! Anyone getting a set of Edifier's will not be disappointed at all!!
Hey, can you help me a bit as i am buying the 760D as well. Do you play music on youtube with it? if yes, do you get surround sound? If no, what do you use as the input? regular downloaded mp3 music? do they give surround sound?
@@redwanalamkhan5888 Yes I play RUclips music with them and they sound great!! But I mainly listen to my mixsets with them and I only record in Lossless (WAV, AIF, or FLAC). MP3 320 kbps sounds good as well but I try to stay away from anything less. You will love the way they sound!!
@@claytonproctor7514 thanks for the feedback. Another question, a lot of people are complaining about a hissing sound from s760d. What's your opinion on that?
I own these speakers and they sound amazing for music, movies, and games. The aesthetics and build quality are top notch. I definitely recommend these to anyone.
I know this is an older review. I have never seen one of your videos before. Your review of these made me look into these and I actually bought them. I absolutely love them. One of the best set of speakers I have ever used.
Just a side note about the cable. That's a DE-15 connector, not a DB-15 connector. The DB-15 connector has the 15 pins in 2 rows (7+8), the DE-15 connector has the pins in 3 rows (5+5+5). The regular VGA D-sub connector we all know is a DE-15 connector. So yeah, basically any VGA extension cable will be good.
They really do sound fantastic, especially for the price. They have great depth, clarity,, and sonic presence. I would love to compare them though to the S2000/3000PRO models. But, those are almost twice the price, so I would be surprised if they're twice as good, seems extremely unlikely. Great speakers overall.
I only needed to watch this for about 11 minutes - then I kneeeeeeew _ I could trust this guy! Thank you for your review - I am buying these now! [UPDATE: I have had these speakers for about a week now - and I am doing my best to keep it down - the BASS is deeper and louder than I thought, which I hoped for - and I have zero complaints about the sound quality - my only gripe is having to change the audio (when watching Netflix) to English instead of English (5.1) - the speakers won’t pick up 5.1.]
I bought the S360DB two years ago. I haven't had a single regret. I have it hooked up inroute with my DAC as a pre amp, which really made them shine. I have them on some monitor stands, which helped them further. It seemed to help the mids. Next move is a new computer desk to allow for better speaker placement. I'm sure I'll be even more wowed even more after that. Also I have them going through an R2R DAC, they stage nicely as well with the right source.
I bought these speakers per a recommendation from someone last year. They are absolutely phenomenal. And I just found out through your video that you can turn them off by pushing the input knob on the right speaker. I was always turning it off via subwoofer power switch lol. Thanks!
UPDATE: I've found out that volume resets only if you turn of the speakers if it's under it's default volume which is 40%. If you are above this volume level it is remembered! This is important to know because there are some people returning edifier speakers for this behavior. They thought the volume reset all the time no matter on set volume level. I don't quiet understand what is it good for but I completely fine with that now. Nevertheless, after a day of testing this are absolute beauties. Build quality top, sounds great, looks great with their small footprint and there is no audible white noise or buzzing (on Amazon lot of people complained about some noise coming from speakers but thankfully I can't confirm it so probably it was a problem of a batch or two) which is common and super annoying with some cheap - low cost speakers. Original Question: I’ve just got the speakers and they are really great but I noticed that the volume always resets to 40% when you wake them up from standby. Is this a feature and intentional? Or why it works like that for god sake?
I'm using these speakers for more than a year and I still amazed by them. Highly recommending these. The only downside is the 1 meter cable of the right speaker and you can't change the bass from the remote
@@Mateus01234 Very well, they have excellent range and are perfectly good with being loud if needed while keeping high-end sound quality. I can watch a violent war movie with these blasting and then play an exquisite orchestral suite and hear every minute detail. Had them for 3 years, worth every penny.
Finally I bought edifier s350db. Oh boy... What a great complete package it is for my pc 👌🏻 (using in slightly mid-big room). Bought this setup just because of sub woofer and wooden speakers. Build quality is top notch 🙌🏻 whole speaker setup weighs around 19-20 kg 🙌🏻 And they are very loud (not extremely) but enough to annoy your neighbors. But.... If you want more lively/Audiophile experience and you are not bass heavy just go for other options. 9/10 👍🏻👍🏻 I recommend these to everyone.
I started out with rt1850s and they were smaller then I thought but great. So I went to s2000pros and loooooove them, and just like any stereo head I bought the s3000 pros and guess what looooooved them. So I went to the airpulse 300s and they are sick. So yes buy edifiers
Alright this is my 2nd comment to say I finally got mine, S351DB to be accurate (which only differs from the 350 by being completely black, remote is in a shape that can be used blind, and the tipping frequency between sub and speakers sits at 160hz instead of 200hz, minor improvements overall but appreciated which means Edifier does listen to feedbacks since most gripes were about the remote and color scheme). Long story short : I love them and don't regret my purchase coming from a very old Logitech Z5500. I was stunned by the level of clarity and detail let alone power, being in a flat I couldn't max out the volume but I went pretty high and never noticed distortion or any issue be it plugged through optical, RCA/3.5mm or bluetooth. (Now mainly using them on RCA to PC which makes it easier to switch to headphones than from optical on my soundcard) My only con so far (3 days in) is the lack of volume indicator since the dial spins endlessly and there's no indicator on that tiny input screen, if they added that it would be a 10/10 for me. Gonna let my wife enjoy a quiet weekend (even she noticed the huge difference) and resume intensive listening experience next week (been relistening to my whole library, I melted when I played Strawberry Letter #3 from the Brothers Johnson or Mariah Carey's voice in her prime. Anyway very good value indeed !
Wow! I was considering these for a while, watched your video and was convinced to try these. All I can say is, WOW! I'm blown away by the clarity, depth and volume. Thank you so, so much for this video 😁
Got this almost three years ago (as of Oct 2023), and still going strong! Perfectly sized for my desktop (placed on top of 4 stacks of yoga blocks, I have to thank Z Reviews too for that idea) and they sound amazing so I absolutely love em! I hope it lasts for years if not decades! Wanted the controls on my left side, so I simply switched the L/R sides without any problems. Thanks so much for the reviews, really helps a lot and I'm the type that buy for quality, but still budget conscious, and I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for my first serious speakers. I hope you review more Swans/HiVi and Edifier, maybe JBLs for my Filipino bros. They're the most available here in the Philippines, especially Edifiers. Plus, they can be cheaper too because of the closer distance from China.
@@luism8612 I plugged it to an SMSL M3 DAC through the USB port. Before I bought the DAC, I just used the audio jack. It also has Bluetooth if you need it or if you want less wires.
You sold em to me Z. Time to replace my trusty 20 years old Logitech Z5500 with some S350DB ! Almost went for the S360DB but I was cooled down by the fact the sub and speakers only connect to each other wirelessly with no way to plug them to each other if wireless somehow stopped working. Great review thanx.
No less important is that the bass on offer is of rather higher quality than Edifier themselves seem willing to credit the unit with. The web copy describes the sub as ‘booming.’ Ignoring, for a moment, who might find the idea of that appealing, the sub, in fact, does not go boom. Instead, there is a well-controlled and pleasingly detailed bass response that extends from a point that is entirely competitive with affordable floor standers to the crossover point with no appreciable sense of strain.
"Go my minions" .... Yes Master Z, I will buy! Amazon UK says "Only 1 left in stock", but I don't have £249 spare to spend for another month or so. I was just about to buy the R1700BT, but after seeing this review I think I just have to get the S350DB, even though they cost nearly double what I was planning to spend. I currently have a set of Corsair SP2500 2.1 (which cost £200), which have been great for the last eight years but now need replacing. It will be great to have Bluetooth and digital input available in addition to great sound for music (everything from Pink Floyd to The Prodigy), gaming etc. Edit: Oh one thing I am a bit concerned about, that no one seems to be mentioning here, is the fact that these speakers don't have any grills at all. They look great, but I am very worried that I might put my foot through the sub when I have it under my desk. Does anyone have any info or tips about that? Cheers
Wow, I'm in the same situation. Got the Corsair but when there's heavy bass, the satellites get muffled/veiled like the sub is stealing power from them. Did you get the edifier in the end? I would say just change the orientation by 90 degrees clockwise or anticlockwise.
I got these, just need to be careful with them. The dome on the sub is pretty stiff and solid, it would take a serious hit to cause damage or break them. The sound insane for the money though.
I finally bought the S350DB speakers around 7 weeks ago (I thought I would treat myself during lockdown) and have been using them every day for various kinds of music and games. I have to say they sound great (probably even better than my old Corsair SP2500 2.1 speakers). It's nice to have Bluetooth, so I have been able to pair them to my phone and play music via that when I don't actually have my PC turned on. The wireless remote is really convenient. I usually have the bass and treble both set to the center position, but the bass is so good on these I will sometimes turn the bass knob down a few notches if it is getting late in the evening and I don't want to disturb the neighbours. I am still a bit concerned about the outer rim of the sub, which protrudes slightly from the front of the speaker. I am just very, very careful not to catch that with my boot when I put my feet under the desk. Damaging that would probably completely ruin the sound of the speakers, particularly when you crank them up. I think you wouldn't want to chose these speakers if you have kids or pets running around the place, unless you have a way of protecting the front of the sub.
This video gets a like because you're doing a demo on these amazing speakers with P.A. (Parental Advisory). You're the only person I know that knows who P.A. is. Respect!!!
Got the S360DB because I thought "If these are good, the step up must be better". My upstairs and 1 to the side apartment neighbor asked me what kind of home theater I had set up 😂😂 I love these things... and the Monoprice Retros, and the X2HRs. This guy hasn't missed so far 🙌🏽🙌🏽
I had the S330D and it sounded just awsome and linear and crisp. It blew me away, not even comparable with a lot of other brands out there. Also this is owned by Lian-li the high quality aluminium computer cases.
2 years later and I moved, these are now in a decent 10x12 room and I have fallen in love with them all over. Awesome beautiful sound system. Viv La Canadienne's
The DB-15 is what kills it, I owned a Logitech Z=5500 and moved to a new place and had to re-design my setup due to new space, had no way of making the setup work without having to constantly step over speaker wires. Ended up giving the system away next to nothing to a very good friend. Never again will I buy a speaker system that is wired with DB-15, it really limits your options and is not a flexible choice.
I've had a few 2.1 set ups in my time, mainly logitec and other slightly cheaper more PC based offerings. All slightly suffer from the highs and mids on the desk and the bass below. Just put this on my desk and even though exact same placement, the sound manages sound whole and uniform. You know what i mean. I'm not an expert at this by any means. Really like it though. A steal for the price it is. Up until moving it onto my desk it was part of a tv and set up with a ps4 in an upstairs room and it does also make a great little home theatre kit too. Quite good versatility with this
If you think these sound great, wait till you try the Edifier R2800 2.0, 3-way speakers, with 3 pairs of amps. 0.75 inch tweeter, 4 inch mid, 8 inch woofer, 70W per speaker.
@@sifatalam7 I've been enjoying my Edifier R2800 for the past few months since my purchase and in my own experience, they sound really good in any room big enough to avoid major resonance issues, with no major deviations from a reasonably flat frequency response, with good low frequency extension. They have superior mids and highs to the Edifier S350db, only losing out in the below 50Hz region, though some tweaking with the bass control and EQ can create excellent, flat base down to around 30Hz, with audible sub bass down to 23Hz in my experience. The Edifier R2730db is basically the R2800 with a smaller 6.5 inch instead of a 8 inch woofer, while the mid and tweeter are the same, with a smaller overall box, 68W instead of 70W per speaker and bluetooth 4.0. Based on what I see from their measured frequency responses, their sound signatures don't seem too different. If you're after a pair of stereo speakers that are just sound good overall, I don't think you can go terribly wrong with the Edifier R2730db. Yes, they can benefit from a good subwoofer, but you'll need a subwoofer that has excellent sub bass performance (from 50Hz all the way down to 20Hz or lower) to properly complement them.
@@darekc9973 The S350 has superior bass to all the rest you mentioned, but the rest are superior for anything that's not bass focused since their mids and highs are better. If you hook up an excellent subwoofer to the R2000, S1/2000, they'll beat the 350, though cost more overall.
I got dual MTX terminator 12" subwoofers for my bass. in a custom box for flat response down to 15hz! they sound amazingly clean flat and ultra rich sounding. the higher bass frequencies aren't overwhelming the deeper bass and it just sounds great coupled with my 4" custom midrange speakers and 3-way tweeters just enough highs and mids to make it sound great and clear. stuffing in every box. even in the subwoofer box. oversized sealed box with tons of stuffing very thick walls lots of structure supports. great sounding
To bad the DB15 extension cable idea didn't work. I needed to place the sub in the left corner. I had to return this system since the Right speaker cable is only 5 ft long (to short for even a pc desk setup in my opinion. Minimum cord length should be 10-12 ft) and unfortunately the S350DB won't accept any extension cable (verified by edifier support) The speaker wouldn't play anything with the DB15 extension cable listed above. The DB15 extension cable made the speaker pop every 2-3 seconds.
I know I'm replaying to 2 years old comment, but why on earth do they use DB15? makes no sense. and another guy mentioned the volume reset issue. looks like this isn't a great 2.1 system. Do you have any alternative suggestions?

I just bought these based on this video :D , the sound is great when I play music from my note 9 through bluetooth that has aptx, but when I play something from the tv (lg oled c6) connected through optical audio cable the sound is not that good especially the sound separation. What can I do so the sound thats coming from the tv will be as good as the one from the phone?
I bought these 4 months ago and they are so amazing I bought another for the office. Great investment. I also have a Masters Degree in Music and a Professional Musician and I listen to Metal, Rock, Piano Concertos, Symphonies' and Opera. They sound great for all types of music.
I really like those speakers. Two RCA inputs, not fatiguing or boomy, and powerful for their size. I use them for my turntable, projector, CD player, and as bluetooth speakers. I always keep the bass at 9 o'clock because I don't need that much boom boom. The remote sucks, but that's my main gripe. It's also more than likely made using forced labor in China. But hey, this thing works. Not an issue in four years of heavy use. I did a side by side comparison with the Fives from Klipsch. Much bigger, much darker, vocals barely audible even after EQing, and more than twice the price. Also tons of people complaining that their Klipsches started to crap out after a few weeks or months. Just get the S350DB.
Dude you nailed it! Your review is spot on for these little beasts. I bought these after seeing your review and I did have some concerns about how good they would be. I am impressed. They have exceeded my expectations 👍😎
Awesome review, I've had these for a few months now and they are absolutely fantastic! Question though: I'm getting a weird fairly quiet high frequency "whine" if i feed them anything over 16bit 44.1khz via optical in and is reproducible from on-board PC audio and OriGen G2 (fiber from rear master out) - Did this happen to you at all?
Bought Superlux HD681EVO's coz of your review (don't regret at all, apart the crappy extension cables), buying these coz of you again. Don't need even to go to a store and listen them in person, keep up the good work, great channel!
I bought these and they are amazing. Thank you! As soon as you said, "Soundbar" killer, I was hooked. The sound is unparalleled by any soundbar of the same price range. I would say this hits in the 700dollar range as far as sound goes.
@@josaphcj7199 Unless you're looking for atmos only, this would hands over fist beat the quality of that soundbar. I have three sets of these edifiers for home office, work office, and gaming PC. They work great with a nice turn table too.
you can beat an 8" Subwoofer... if your "bookshelves" are the Nubert NuBox 383... with 22cm woofers :D Would love to see a video about these on your channel...
Sorry but 22cm... that's still just 8.5" woofers. Woofers in bookshelves, (unless [and probably even if] they're 3-way speakers), aren't meant to go as low as a subwoofer because they have to handle the mid range content too. An 8" dedicated sub will beat two speakers with 8" woofers when it comes to sub-bass quantity and quality, because of how it's tuned. You can beat an 8" subwoofer, tho... with a 10" subwoofer.
@@josjourney5512 see the part where I was like (unless they're 3 way speakers) ...well, those Kii 3 are 6-way speakers, lol. so I don't think they can be put in the same bracket as a humble 2-way... speaker even besides the fact that they cost $12000... so uh. yeah. but thanks tho--I'm glad I looked them up, because those look incredible. (...as they should for $12k lol)
Thanks thanks thanks 🙏🙏 immediately after viewing this video i ordered them and they just got here today! I'm in love with them! I do agree with you they should cost 600 at least! Great sound! Thanks again!
they sure look nice and they are 30% cheaper in my country as well, it should be pretty hard to get any better value than these. i am a bit worried about the 160 hz crossover from sub to satellites. right now i have a 3" woofer in my satellite speakers and they run with no high pass filter, can play as loud as i want and you get better subwoofer integration that way, 160hz is just to high crossover for a subwoofer to truly blend in unless you place it between the speakers. my guess is that that 3" woofer only has 2mm of excursion and that is why the highpass on those are 160hz
i have a buddy that was looking for a sound bar for his tv so i sent him this video saying its perfect screw the sound bars, for some reason he's gonna spend the same price for the polk audio magniFI mini sound bar with wireless 6.5" sub.. advertising reallllly has some black magic to it huh?
These for $300 or should I pay a chunk more and get the new s360db with planar tweeters?? And when you compared these to Adam T5Vs; What about the sound quality ? I get that the bass is much greater due to subwoofer but what about clarity, soundstage, micro-details and depth (like you mentioned in the T5V and Swans videos) ? Please answer, I have been doing extensive research online.
These vs HS8’s? Will the low end be as good on the HS8’s? I know they’re twice the price but I’d rather spend $600 now and not have an upgrade itch for a bit
@@ilpatongi yeah I actually don't know the answer. I imagine the hs8's would be far superior in almost everyway from a purely technical perspective (and any other 8 inch monitor worth their salt) however that isn't taking into account things like ease of use, sound signature (yamaha has a dry soundstage with not much depth but precise imaging) etc etc

Just a side note about the cable. That's a DE-15 connector, not a DB-15 connector. The DB-15 connector has the 15 pins in 2 rows (7+8), the DE-15 connector has the pins in 3 rows (5+5+5).
Bought these speakers thanks to this video, I'm insanely happy with the purchase
Normal People: Speaker stand right and on their feet.
Zeos: Turn the Speaker/sub upside down xDD
Original Question:
I’ve just got the speakers and they are really great but I noticed that the volume always resets to 40% when you wake them up from standby. Is this a feature and intentional? Or why it works like that for god sake?
I went through a lot reviews and everyone goes through the same problem.. Thanks man your review was helpful..
I have these speakers, do you know how much percentage the volume is after reseting? Because the knob is digital and I haven't seen any indicator.
I'm using these speakers for more than a year and I still amazed by them.
Highly recommending these.
The only downside is the 1 meter cable of the right speaker and you can't change the bass from the remote
Do you use this for tv too?
Love how down to earth he is and how much he enjoys these videos!
Perhaps he's the greatest infomercial actor of all time. And in real life he's as cold and silent as an iceberg.
I played this videos through my set of 350db's to tell them how great they are.
Hahaha. They do deserve it. By the way, how are they holding up since your purchase?
@@Mateus01234 Very well, they have excellent range and are perfectly good with being loud if needed while keeping high-end sound quality. I can watch a violent war movie with these blasting and then play an exquisite orchestral suite and hear every minute detail. Had them for 3 years, worth every penny.
@@ethancross933 Great. Thanks for sharing!
Does yours have white/static noise when nothing's playing?
@@tutukueh77 Nope but that could be input issues or a feedback loop, check wiring from external connectors.
Finally I bought edifier s350db. Oh boy... What a great complete package it is for my pc 👌🏻 (using in slightly mid-big room). Bought this setup just because of sub woofer and wooden speakers. Build quality is top notch 🙌🏻 whole speaker setup weighs around 19-20 kg 🙌🏻
And they are very loud (not extremely) but enough to annoy your neighbors.
(Now mainly using them on RCA to PC which makes it easier to switch to headphones than from optical on my soundcard)
My only con so far (3 days in) is the lack of volume indicator since the dial spins endlessly and there's no indicator on that tiny input screen, if they added that it would be a 10/10 for me.
This is exactly the type of speaker I was looking for. Thank you Z Reviews.
squeaky chair adds to the immersion lol
How should I connect these to my Mac
@@luism8612 I plugged it to an SMSL M3 DAC through the USB port. Before I bought the DAC, I just used the audio jack. It also has Bluetooth if you need it or if you want less wires.
Got these for my PC months back and love em.

This is the kind of review I subconsciously come after when I look for speaker reviews
9:26 "It's upside down...shut up!". Hahahahaha
Watched at x1.75 speed, and it was VERY entertaining. Ordered the speakers.
they do say on Amazon: "Achieve massive booming sound with the 8-inch subwoofer"
My klipsch promedia 2.1 just blew up after 15 years, gonna get these on amazon. Thanks for the review dude!
Do have it already? How would you compare the two? Which one sounds better?

I also went from the promedia to these. Big improvement.
Hey! You're just the man for me to ask! I had the sp2500 for 3 years, how do these match up to it!? This'll help me decide.
You're the only person I know that knows who P.A. is. Respect!!!

Quite good versatility with this
I’m pretty sure you’re my favorite reviewer guy!!
The only PC speakers you need. Don't judge that small 8in sub. It will put 12inch sub to shame.
If you think these sound great, wait till you try the Edifier R2800 2.0, 3-way speakers, with 3 pairs of amps. 0.75 inch tweeter, 4 inch mid, 8 inch woofer, 70W per speaker.
How good is R2730DB? i wanna buy one.
@@sifatalam7
I've been enjoying my Edifier R2800 for the past few months since my purchase and in my own experience, they sound really good in any room big enough to avoid major resonance issues, with no major deviations from a reasonably flat frequency response, with good low frequency extension.
@@4G12 Any feedback between these speakers R2000db, S1000, S2000PRO, and S350DB? Don't think anyone is selling R2800 here
@@darekc9973
The S350 has superior bass to all the rest you mentioned, but the rest are superior for anything that's not bass focused since their mids and highs are better.
Any future plans to review Edifier S360DB Bookshelf Speaker and Subwoofer 2.1 Speaker System? Currently using the S350DB and LOVE them....Thanks!
I bought them six months ago and I don’t regret it, thanks z 👍🏼
To bad the DB15 extension cable idea didn't work. I needed to place the sub in the left corner. I had to return this system since the Right speaker cable is only 5 ft long (to short for even a pc desk setup in my opinion. Minimum cord length should be 10-12 ft) and unfortunately the S350DB won't accept any extension cable (verified by edifier support) The speaker wouldn't play anything with the DB15 extension cable listed above. The DB15 extension cable made the speaker pop every 2-3 seconds.
Too bad indeed!
I know I'm replaying to 2 years old comment, but why on earth do they use DB15? makes no sense. and another guy mentioned the volume reset issue. looks like this isn't a great 2.1 system.
Do you have any alternative suggestions?

Amazon is selling them under 200 cuz of Cyber Monday!!! Just bought me one!!!

Would love to see a video about these on your channel...
Friedrich K I always thought the same he needs to get nuberts!!! Nupro A100 and an nuvero one😜👌
You can beat an 8" subwoofer, tho... with a 10" subwoofer.

i am a bit worried about the 160 hz crossover from sub to satellites. right now i have a 3" woofer in my satellite speakers and they run with no high pass filter, can play as loud as i want and you get better subwoofer integration that way, 160hz is just to high crossover for a subwoofer to truly blend in unless you place it between the speakers.
my guess is that that 3" woofer only has 2mm of excursion and that is why the highpass on those are 160hz
