    The mentor program could be the bridge to lean to co-create with adults while is co-creating with their peers. Healthy development is understanding we are all leaders not followers as a win win structure. Co-creation is contributing to analize and search and share visions or point of views.

    The teenage brain doesn't have a purpose. It's a random byproduct of maturing a brain to adulthood. Too many times, however, the process stops prematurely. ;-)
