best design ive seen. Feels like a real home. The bedroom is like a real bedroom and the living space is not cluttered, and is multifunctional. I like that she used real furniture and used the loft for all her things that would have made the home look cluttered had they been in the main part of the house…but in the loft they seem comfy and cozy and personal. love everything about this one

Beautiful home. I believe this one is very well designed. If I lived in a tiny home, I would always have a bedroom downstairs and really I don’t believe I would have a loft.

Tickled me when she said she couldn’t decide what color to go behind the couch. If she had a couple of dark purple throw pillows on the couch it would have matched her outfit completely. I love this home. I’ve looked at many tiny home videos. Plenty of room in the bedroom, has a larger shower than most, and I even like how she did the loft area. Still has plenty of room for my walker.

Seems so much bigger than the "tiny homes" we grew up with in the '70s and '80s - mobile homes, trailers and mini-homes. She seems to have a lot of floor space and headroom. Light, bright colours, big windows and most importantly, minimal furniture, decor and wardrobe make it feel spacious.
You look so calm, peaceful, and happy. You glow and it shows how much you love your tiny home. It's a beautiful home. I especially love your bedroom. Its so relaxing.❤

Greetings from sunny Colorado. Just enjoyed watching your video, love your off grid Tiny. Doors opening outwards to me invites the outside in and the feeling of expansiveness for you into the outdoors. Bravo. Having designed and sold off-grid Solar in a former life there’s always that compromise when the sun leaves us for days, the old wash clothes on sunny days applies, no worries now with your genset… Hope you don’t have to use it much with fuel costing what it does. Love that you still have the old stereo, music is our friend. Again enjoyed you sharing your home. Cheers, Jeff

Glenice doesn't mention the name of her tiny house builder, but I'd lay money on it being Build Tiny in New Zealand or someone who used to work for them. Even though I live on another continent, I'm a total fan girl for their designs. The yellow in Glenice's kitchen reminds me of their "C-Tiny" which has an innovative pull-out stair. Their "Camper" tiny has a counterweight pull-down bed that's a marvel, and I also love their gorgeous "Autumn" tiny created with an artist. It has spectacular design and an under-the-counter dog nook with private window view/doggie door that has to be seen to be appreciated. (All on their website.) I really I hope they start making custom tinies again someday because it was such a joy getting to see what beautiful and/or innovative things they'd come up with next. Lucky Glenice that you get to live in one, and I hope you continue to enjoy it for many years to come! : - )

She's a beautiful lady, love he face..i like her office view. the bathroom is too small and doesnt take into account disability or accidents. i hope she remains well, but even young ppl can have accidents. i have one narrow bathroom now and wouldnt like it anyway. you could design it suh that it doesnt take up too much more space but with sliding doors =AND PUT TOWELS AWAY FROM TOILETS.. but it is a wonderful space in the living area.. seems huge..

Yes, It goes to show layout is everything. She has no loft bedroom like most and yet it seems to accommodate a larger kitchen etc.
