How to make a scrunchie hairband | 2 easy methods

2 easy methods to make a scrunchie hairband.
As stated in the video you will need:
- Fabric
- Elastic / hairband
- sewing thread
- scissors
- pins / needle
- tape measure / ruler
- pencil / tailors chalk / something to mark with
You can make both of these scrunchies by sewing machine or you can make by hand if you don’t have a sewing machine and have lots of patience! :))
