I am a fishing tragic and LOVE fishing to the point of obsession. But I have had some pretty good days at work and some horrendous days fishing so sorry as much as I would like to agree with you, I just can’t.
@@rachels209 it’s just an old saying not really meant to be taken 100% literally. I’ve swamped my boat killed a brand new outboard, lost the auxiliary, had to be rescued, nearly died and didn’t catch a darn thing. Can you beat that for a bad day’s fishing?
@@The-Real-AndoLOL..been stranded multiple times in multiple boats, plenty of days without catching anything, been rescued (towed) plenty of times, fishing injuries, etc...but I would still rather go fishing..
I used to deliver propane to houses and businesses between mammoth lakes California and down to independence California…..some of the best stream fishing country there is …I had more rods and tackle than tools for the truck. Gun rack bolted to the back and converted to hold fishing rods securely. Bust my a$$ and finish my rounds…and fish my way back home…or until dark…always catch and release because no way I could eat them all…if your ever in the area they have many fish hatchery along 395 and I supplied them all..they all have discharge water the goes into the creeks and canals before they end up in the owens river….fish all of them…I’ve landed so many ten pound trout that escaped the hatchery and grew up almost un molested…use a barbless hook and it’s an evening of fun. I hated leaving that job for that one reason alone. That and a lady named Mary Christmas who made fresh cookies every week for me. I never saw her not dressed in red and white…with white hair! Her house was epic during the holidays! Keep having fun!
Fishing videos always have the most laid back people. Thanks for posting
Yea, we just wanna fish and chill.
The worst day fishing is better than the best day at work.

@@rachels209Understood, but I'd rather go fishing still.

That is awesome!
I really enjoy watching your videos. My friend wishes you good health 💪
Thank you.
Beautiful fish, my friend 👍
Thank you very much
Nothing more peaceful than being out near the waters edge early morning listening to Gods creations and clearing the mind ! 👍🕊️
If u had ANY mental clarity you wouldn`t believe in that superstitious BS.
Nothing like nature to show us how small we are in the grand scheme.
Nice fish my friend! Are you ever late for work? When I'm fishing, I always think, one more fish, then I'll go!
LOL..yes definitely.
Nice blue gill. Try using a fly rod for those. Little fish, big fun.
I bought one from a pawn shop and am teaching myself. Fun, but hard.
@@JacksonHomestead you got it, bro.
Nice. Simple thing in life
Nice fish!
Fly-fishing for sunfish is fun, especially when they're twice that size.
That should be a good fight on a fly rod.
Nice job sir
Thank you.
here in NH we call these blue gills..
LOL..Here too. I just actually labelled the video wrong.
Definitely a “good one”!!!

Sounds like it was a dream job..
Nice
Sunfish, way better than work!
When you’re late to work…you have no time to keep supper. Bummer!
I'll catch em again another day.
Blue gills and "sunnies" (sunfish) can strip a hook like no others...lol..you'll get robbed and won't even know it right away...lol
Definitely. Especially when you use crickets.
👀🦻👍👋
Great video but please return the fish to water with a little more care and respect.
Definately will do. I actually see them as pets also and try my best to keep them healthy.
Tree hugger. That fish is 100% unharmed.
