Victor hun, run hravy foundation wooden besm across, one reimforcing the concrete and two otheron eithe sode spread out to support the foundation of second floor. It cam setve ad decorative peace ehen you frame cealing. No need to tear it down.

Make the outside stairs the inside stairs and tear down the inside stairs. Add a sliding door upstairs and downstairs to shut off when using stairs to rooftop with friends.

Hi Victor, you can remove the first floor cement stairs, and put thick wooden stairs with spaces in between them, where you can see through the stairs planks. Then put iron railings. This will open that space up better and make it look more modern. You can also decrease the width of the stairs some. You can have better stairs! ❤

I know its frustrating that space will be taken up with the extra pillars but it is best not to compromise structure of the house because if the top is too heavy the below will start to crack and it will be more costly in the future to repair so shake it off and just be secure that you will have a structurally sound house once the issues are rectified .

Your house is very nice. You can add a porch in the front and use pilers in the front to hold the roof to patio. the make a small balcony if you choose. there is allot to do to your beautiful home

Hello Susi thank you for asking. So when the engineer was building he made changes without consulting and the worse part is he that instead of hiring machines to move concrete to the first flow he used man power that weakened the edge and now we have a crack. It’s not bad but it’s worth looking at and being mindful

First of all God bless you i am disappointed for you. Secondly praise God that you were able to build this home and have a solid engineer to guide you this time. I know they are talking about making a pillar in your living room to hold and support the second story. I don’t know if this is possible but I have seen Support beams strong structurally sound support beams that can can go across and support the second floor instead of a pillar. it might be something to look into. I’m glad you don’t have to bring the house down there’s so much time and money already spent into it.
