"One is never nearer to God then in a garden." I don't recall who said that but it's so true. 😌🌻

      Kathleen, Here you go:
The kiss of the sun for pardon,
The song of the birds for mirth,
One is nearer God's Heart in a garden
      Than anywhere else on Earth.
"God's Garden" lines 13-16, Poems, by Dorothy Frances Gurney (London: Country Life, 1913).

Hey Andrea! I'm a garden girl! Love, love working in my yard! I had never purchased Hosta's until last year. So this year I needed a few more for my front yard. Paid a couple dollars for them as they were very small. Two weeks later they have tripled in size! Such great plants! I live in the South and my yard has been completed since mid March. We have such hot humid weather already, but good for plants! Love watching you and all your ideas are wonderful! Have a great weekend! See ya soon....🤗!

Your right ( I’m old but) as you grow, you learn what certain leaves of particular plants, or the sense of different leaves.
